In Simulboni, Nutan notices that Jhanak has a fever and becomes worried.

Jhanak insists she is fine, but Parashar points out that she is not taking care of herself. Jhanak says she doesn’t know how she got the fever. Parashar instructs Mangal to call their new doctor. Alone, Jhanak thinks she has no goal in life and feels she could even die. She cries, reflecting on her helplessness and worries that Rishi will never come. Nutan insists she has a fever, while Bua comments that no one called a doctor when she had a fever, dismissing the urgency. Mangal says it’s serious, but Jhanak claims she is strong and doesn’t need a doctor. Nutan worries that Rishi will blame them if anything happens to her.

Meanwhile, in Kolkata, Rishi pleads with Aditi to stay with him and assures her he will make everything right. He asks Riddhi to take care of Aditi. Aditi tells Rishi to notice his own state, while Riddhi reminds them that they love each other deeply and asks if Aditi can live without him. Aditi admits she doesn’t know if she can return to normal and confesses to feeling sad and depressed constantly. Rishi promises she will feel better in a week. Aditi notes that Rishi is also affected, and he responds that he cannot care for himself while she is sad because of him.

Aditi reveals that she sometimes feels suicidal. Riddhi encourages them to give their love a chance and trust each other. Rishi tells Aditi that she is his strength. Aditi hugs him and asks him to make her feel normal again. Rishi vows to make everything fine and assures her that she will be happy and will never cry because of him again.

Back in the village, Nutan treats Jhanak while Parashar insists they should inform Rishi. Nutan worries that Rishi will think they neglected her. Bua complains about the doctor’s fees, but Parashar angrily reminds her that Jhanak is seriously ill and even unable to speak. Nutan is concerned as the high fever persists, and medicines are not helping. Sakhi consoles her.

The next day, Abhimanyu asks Rishi what he plans to do about Aditi. Rishi explains that he met her yesterday and acknowledges how deeply she is affected by recent events. Dadabhai remarks that everyone worries about Aditi, not Phool, and notes that wrongs also happened to Phool. Rishi requests that Dadabhai not speak about her, insisting that Phool ruined his life. Putul informs them that Phool did not pick up her call, and Aniruddh had dropped her at the bus stop. Dadabhai admits he was wrong to think Rishi would listen to his conscience. Meanwhile, Jhanak, asleep, murmurs an apology to Aditi.
