Shashwat insists that Ishani never reached her mother’s home. Ishani explains that he must have called Ambika before she arrived. Shashwat then suggests they talk privately and leads her to their room. He pushes Ishani inside and locks the door from within.

Meanwhile, Nandini tells Raj Didi that she’s unsure how Shashwat will react after reading the report. She remarks that they should have chosen a simpler bride for Shashwat. Raj Didi admits she didn’t expect Ishani to be so strong-willed. Pihu defends Ishani, saying that to understand her true nature, one must spend time with her, as she has a kind and humane heart.
Inside the room, Shashwat lashes Ishani with a whip. Her screams alert everyone. Pihu and Yash rush to the room. Pihu demands that Shashwat open the door, while Yash advises that it’s a matter between husband and wife. Pihu insists she is worried because Ishani is in pain.
Shashwat accuses Ishani of tarnishing his reputation at her college and lashes her again, demanding to know where she went. Ishani refuses to reveal the truth, asserting that he has no right to beat her. Shashwat claims he faced public insult because of her, but Ishani maintains she acted correctly. Shashwat threatens to continue until she confesses.
Pihu warns Shashwat that she will call the police if he doesn’t open the door. He finally complies. Pihu sees the marks on Ishani’s body and asks if Shashwat hurt her. Ishani confirms he beat her to force the truth. Shashwat argues that she lives off his money and must explain herself. Ishani declares that she will no longer eat in the house.
Nandini makes a remark, asking if Ishani plans to live as Anurag’s mistress, but Ishani warns her to stop. Pihu tells Nandini to stay out of the family matters, and Raj Didi scolds Pihu for disrespecting Nandini.
Shashwat boasts that he isn’t afraid of the police. Ishani points out that he has VIP connections, and her marks prove the truth. She asks why she should support a false complaint against Anurag or go along with Shashwat’s lies. Shashwat tells her she doesn’t yet understand his power and takes Nandini with him to speak privately. Raj Didi escorts Yash away. Pihu wonders if Ishani will now approach the police.
