Anurag talks to Ishani about Pihu, admitting he doesn’t know how to manage her straightforward nature. Ishani reassures him, saying Pihu is honest and genuinely cares for him. Anurag sighs, “I know… and soon she’ll be joining my college. I won’t be able to avoid her.” Ishani says Pihu will understand in time. Anurag, emotional, adds, “This generation is so sensitive.” Ishani explains that Pihu sees her as a friend, which is why she opened her heart. Overwhelmed, Anurag asks, “But what about my love?” He admits he cannot give someone else her place. Ishani becomes emotional. Anurag then questions why she married Shashwat, to which Ishani replies helplessly, “What else could I have done?” Anurag consoles her, saying, “I can’t see you suffer. It’s better to step away from a toxic relationship.”

Meanwhile, Shashwat returns home and inquires about Ishani. Raj Didi informs him that Ishani has gone to her mother’s house and hands him a letter from the college. Reading it, Shashwat is shocked: Ishani gave a statement in Anurag’s favor before the committee, which resulted in Anurag being declared innocent. The letter also exposes Shashwat’s attempt to defame Anurag and pressure Ishani into filing a complaint—actions nullified by her written statement. Pihu is delighted to hear the news.
Back with Anurag, Ishani admits that she no longer has the strength to challenge society or her powerful husband. She fears that if Shashwat discovers her closeness to Anurag, he might harm him. Anurag assures her that he is not afraid and that his life belongs to her. Ishani urges him to protect himself and avoid hurting Pihu, then departs.
At home, Shashwat questions his sister about Ishani’s whereabouts. She says she left in the evening. Pihu confronts Shashwat, boldly stating that Ishani is an adult and can make her own choices, just as he frequents clubs. Enraged, Shashwat slaps Pihu, who defiantly warns him never to raise his hand again. She vows to oppose him, declaring she will no longer tolerate him and will sever all ties. Pihu proclaims that from now on, she hates Shashwat and does not consider him her father. Nandini attempts to intervene, but Pihu shuts her down. Shashwat threatens to expel her, but Yash calms the situation. Raj Didi worries about Ishani, but Shashwat insists she will answer for herself. Pihu asserts that this house belongs to her grandfather, so Shashwat has no authority to throw her out, even threatening to approach the police if he touches her again.
Just then, Ishani returns and apologizes for coming home late.
