Shashwat mentions that he needs to leave. The officer advises him not to trust anyone blindly and suggests confronting Ishani directly. Shashwat hesitates, asking if changing her statement would be wrong. The officer replies that perhaps nothing inappropriate happened between Anurag and Ishani that day and departs.
Meanwhile, Anurag is at a restaurant with his students. Pihu questions him, asking why he brought the students when the celebration should be just for her, for scoring 95%. Anurag responds that they are also his students. Pihu insists that it’s her special day and they can sit elsewhere. She asks Anurag to order for her and share the food. Anurag reminds her that she cannot force him, while Pihu declares that she loves him and cannot stay away. Anurag asks her to stop embarrassing him as the waiter places the food.
Pihu asks Anurag to feed her. He tells her that love cannot be demanded. Pihu presses, asking if he doesn’t have even a little affection for her. Anurag clarifies that she is his student, nothing more, which makes Pihu cry. Anurag worries about being in public and silently hopes only Ishani can help him. Pihu brings up going on a trip, and Anurag mentions he has someone in mind. Pihu says she knows whom he means and vows that one day she will become his entire world.
Later, Ishani visits Anurag’s house, surprising him. She explains that she wants to discuss something important. Anurag comments that it has been years since her last visit, and while he is glad to see her, the situation feels strange because she is now someone else’s wife. Ishani reveals that she told the police Anurag is innocent when they called for verification and informs him that the principal summoned Shashwat. Anurag warns her that she may face trouble for this. Ishani insists that she cannot allow him to get into trouble just to protect herself.
Anurag cautions that Shashwat will not spare her. Ishani reassures him not to worry about her and admits she doubts her own ability to continue her studies. Anurag encourages her to pursue her education, reminding her that it is her right. Ishani confides that she lacks the courage to fight and fears she may never see Anurag again. Anurag holds her hand and reflects that things could have been different if she had waited a little longer for him. Ishani tells him to move on and settle with someone else. Anurag advises her to file a police complaint against Shashwat if he ever mistreats her again. They also discuss Pihu, and Ishani praises her for being straightforward and good-hearted. Anurag asks, “So what?”
Precap: Shashwat receives the college committee report and discovers that Ishani told them she was not harassed. Meanwhile, Ishani warns Anurag that Shashwat could even go to the extent of killing him.
