Padma inform Aarti that Anjali has eaten her food and urge her to return home promptly. Aarti agrees but says she wants to first complete a story on Kali. Anjali ends the call.
Meanwhile, Ved calls Aarti and tells her that he is coming to Mumbai to meet her so they can finally talk. Aarti agrees. Ved asks if she has seen his photograph, and Aarti responds that she hasn’t, remarking that it makes the situation more interesting, they are getting married without ever seeing each other. She promises to speak with him later and hangs up, then leaves for the railway station with Kali in an auto.
Back home, Raghav looks at Aman’s photo and reflects on him. Gaurav reminds Raghav that even after all these years, he still misses Aman, and suggests bringing Anjali home to start her treatment. Raghav sternly tells him not to mention Anjali and makes a harsh remark about her.
Abhay joins the conversation, stating how their once-happy household has remained lifeless since Aman’s death, blaming Anjali. He explains that Anjali was the intended target, but Aman paid the ultimate price by being in that car. Gaurav asks whether Raghav and Abhay truly have no remaining ties with Anjali. Vaibhav arrives and confirms that ever since Aman’s death, Anjali, whom he refers to as “that widow,” has no connection with their family.
Gaurav presses Raghav about the baby Anjali had carried. Raghav coldly replies that the baby is as good as dead to him, just like Anjali, and declares that his only focus is finding the person responsible for Aman’s death.

Bhajan arrives, warning Raghav that after 21 years he won’t be able to find Aman’s killer, as the case has long been closed. Gaurav questions Bhajan about whose name appeared in the investigation, whether it was Chandraman, Yuvraj, or Bhajan himself. Mehek intervenes, reminding Gaurav that Bhajan is part of the Rajput family and should not be challenged over an old case.
Elsewhere, Uday calls Bhajan. Bhajan asks whether it’s about a case and reminds Uday that Raghav is no longer handling cases, promising to take care of it himself. Uday clarifies that it’s not about a case, Ved’s wedding has been fixed. Bhajan congratulates him and asks who the bride is.
Meanwhile, Aarti updates Ganesh and Padma about sneaking into a godown, recording footage of a human trafficking ring, and rescuing a girl. She introduces Kali to them and says she will stay with them. Padma and Ganesh initially object, but Aarti reminds Padma that she was once like Kali, and it was Anjali who saved her, so she should extend the same care.
Later, Aarti asks Anjali if Kali can stay, instructing her to blink once to agree. Anjali blinks, giving her silent approval. Aarti takes it as a yes and welcomes Kali into their home.
