Aarti tells Anjali that she will inform Ved that she wants to bring Anjali with her to their house. Otherwise, she will not agree to the wedding. Aarti says Anjali means everything to her. Ganesh comments on Aarti and asks if they do not mean anything to her. Aarti replies that she is alive only because of them and becomes emotional.
Chandraman tells Kavya that she is mistaken and insists Anjali is paralyzed. Kavya refuses to accept this and says she clearly saw Anjali talking on the phone while wearing a green top and jeans. Kavya adds that the only difference was Anjali was wearing glasses. Chandraman says Kavya must have imagined it. Bhajan arrives and asks what they are discussing. Chandraman explains Kavya’s claim. Bhajan says it is impossible because Anjali has been in a vegetative state and cannot walk or speak.
Chandraman agrees and says he personally went to Anjali’s house to confirm it. He reveals that his henchmen tried to make Anjali stand from her wheelchair, but she fell to the floor. He further says they even stabbed her leg with a knife. Hearing this, Bhajan criticizes Chandraman for his actions.
Kavya receives a call from Yuvraj, who tells her he is returning to India. Kavya says she will pick him up and informs Chandraman about Yuvraj’s arrival in a few days. Bhajan says it would be better if Yuvraj does not return from abroad. Chandraman asks why. Bhajan reminds him that if Anjali regains consciousness and the case is reopened, all of them will be exposed. Bhajan says no one knows that Yuvraj, Chandraman, and Bhajan were the masterminds behind the blast.

Bhajan reminds Chandraman that Anjali saw Yuvraj driving the truck during the bomb blast and that Yuvraj himself admitted it. Chandraman says Anjali will not remember anything because she has been in a vegetative state for 21 years. He adds that he still needs Yuvraj because, at his age, he wants his son by his side.
Ved is shown drawing a picture of his mother. Uday and Pratap ask him if he is making a painting of her. Ved remains silent. Uday comments that Ved will never be able to forget his mother. Pratap insults Ved’s mother by calling her characterless. Enraged, Ved grabs Pratap by the collar and lashes out at him. Sonal intervenes and tells Uday and Pratap that since she is Ved’s mother, it is natural for Ved to react when they speak ill of her.
Later, Uday tells Ved that they are going to Delhi to see Aarti. He adds that once Aarti marries Ved, they will send her to Chandraman’s adda. Ved strongly refuses and says Aarti will not go anywhere. He says he likes Aarti and wants her to enter their house as his wife.
Aarti tells Anjali about Ved proposing to her and says she can only think about him these days.
