Raghav asks Padma about Anjali’s condition. Padma tells Raghav that Anjali is paralyzed. Raghav says this is a lie and mentions that Yuvraj spoke to Anjali over the phone the previous day. Padma thinks to herself that Yuvraj actually spoke to Aarti. She then tells Raghav that it is just a misunderstanding. Raghav informs Padma that they are coming to the house the next day. Padma asks Raghav not to come, explaining that it is the wedding day. Raghav asks whose wedding she is referring to, but Padma disconnects the call.

Raghav tells Yuvraj that something suspicious is going on and insists that they should visit the house the next day. Yuvraj agrees and comments on the situation.
Later, Yuvraj looks at Aman’s photograph and thinks to himself that no one knows he was the one who killed him. He admits that he never intended to kill Aman and that his real target was Anjali, but Aman came in between.
Meanwhile, Aarti dances joyfully during her haldi ceremony as the Awasthi family celebrates.
Sonal asks Ved if he is ready. Ved replies that he is. Sonal informs him that the baraat is ready. Ved says he is taking his mother’s painting with him. Sonal notices a canvas hidden under a cloth and asks Ved about it. Ved reveals that it is a gift for Aarti.
Uday and Pratap approach Ved. Uday asks if he is ready. Ved looks at his mother’s painting and tells her that he is bringing the daughter in law of the house today, seeking her blessings. Uday and Pratap lose their temper, irritated that Ved keeps insisting that Aarti will join the family. Ved responds firmly.
Raghav prepares to leave for the Awasthi house with his family. Mehek asks where he is going. Raghav replies that he is going to see Anjali. Mehek questions the visit, pointing out that Anjali is paralyzed. Raghav explains that Yuvraj spoke to Anjali on the phone and says that if she has recovered, she might demand her share of the property as Aman’s widow. He states that he cannot allow this and gets ready to leave.
Mehek stops Raghav and reminds him of the family tradition of not visiting a relative empty handed. She insists that they should at least take sweets, since Anjali is the daughter in law of the house. She also requests Raghav to bring Anjali home if possible. Raghav fumes at Mehek, dismisses her request, and leaves with the others.
Mehek worries that Raghav and the family will insult Anjali. She decides to warn Padma and calls her. Kali answers the call. Mehek asks if Anjali or Padma is available. Kali replies that Padma is busy with Aarti’s wedding preparations and disconnects the call.
Confused, Mehek wonders about the wedding and questions who Aarti is. She decides to go along with them.
Precap: Yuvraj, Bhajan, Abhay, and Raghav run into Aarti at the venue and mistake her for Anjali. Yuvraj touches Aarti, and she slaps him.
