Vasundhara feels deeply offended and blames Anupama and Ansh for Prarthana’s failed marriage. Anupama immediately refutes the accusation and holds Gautam responsible for Prarthana’s suffering. She states that if Prarthana had been given time to know Gautam properly, she would have understood his true nature. Anupama emphasizes the importance of compatibility and courtship before marriage, explaining that a man and woman should meet and understand each other before committing to a lifelong relationship.
Shocked by Anupama’s progressive views, Vasundhara mocks her and sarcastically asks whether she is encouraging unlimited meetings between boys and girls. Khyati then shifts the focus to Anupama’s personal life. She questions Anupama’s marriage to Anuj, taunting her for living with him before marriage under the name of compatibility. Khyati further mocks Anupama, saying she failed in her marriage with Vanraj, and questions what happened with Anuj. She harshly remarks that Prarthana sought counseling from a woman who herself failed in relationships. Anupama is left stunned by the personal attack.
Prem attempts to stop Khyati, but she rudely asks him not to interfere. Anupama calmly signals Prem to stay quiet and responds to Khyati, saying that if she is so curious about her story, she will answer another time. Right now, her priority is Ansh’s marriage, and she does not wish to waste time on personal attacks.
Taking a firm stand, Anupama declares that if Parag’s second marriage is acceptable, then Prarthana’s second marriage should be accepted too. Gautam argues that there is no guarantee Prarthana will be happy with Ansh. Anupama sharply replies that one thing is guaranteed, Prarthana would never have been happy with Gautam. She delivers a powerful lecture on second marriages, women’s independence, and the right to happiness. Vasundhara taunts Anupama, saying that even after gaining independence, she continues to struggle. Anupama confidently responds that she is happy because she never gave up, and she values happiness deeply because she has experienced it only in limited measure.
Anupama then formally invites the Kotharis to Ansh and Prarthana’s wedding. Prarthana also folds her hands and requests her family to attend and bless her. Anupama urges Parag to rethink his decision as a father.
Meanwhile, back at the Shah house, Leela grows anxious upon learning that Anupama and Prarthana have gone to meet the Kotharis. Pakhi criticizes Anupama, accusing her of interfering in everyone’s life and creating complications. Preet defends Anupama, but Leela scolds both Pakhi and Preet, asking them to stop arguing.
On the way back, Prarthana becomes nervous, fearing that Parag, Vasundhara, and Khyati may still refuse to attend her wedding. Anupama consoles her and encourages her to stay hopeful. Later, Anupama visits Anuj Ki Rasoi and becomes emotional as memories of Anuj resurface, reminding her of her past and the journey she has endured.
Precap: The Shah family celebrates Ansh and Prarthana’s wedding. Gautam manipulates Vasundhara, questioning how Prarthana’s baby can be considered a Shah. Vasundhara and Khyati arrive with some legal papers for Prarthana, leaving Anupama completely shocked.
