Banni firmly declares that she will marry Yuvan and warns the Basti residents not to touch him. Devraj and Maamisa feel proud and happy witnessing her courage. Raja accuses Banni of lying to protect Yuvan, claiming she is only his lover. Devraj immediately scolds Raja, telling him to speak with respect, as Banni is about to become a Rathod daughter-in-law and they consider themselves fortunate to have her.
Devraj addresses Viraj and the others, warning that anyone who insults Banni is essentially disrespecting the Rathod family. He then announces that he will conduct Banni and Yuvan’s wedding right away, in front of everyone. Yuvan calls out to his grandfather, but Devraj interrupts him and tells him to finish listening. He also instructs everyone to attend the wedding and warns that Manini might try to stop it. Vishnu looks uneasy, and Viraj rushes off to bring Manini.
Meanwhile, Banni arranges the carriages in the kitchen. Vishnu remarks that it is unusual to see her so determined and questions why she is marrying a mentally unstable man. Banni explains that her mother always wanted her to marry someone who truly loves her, and Yuvan loves her deeply. Vishnu warns her not to complicate her life, suggesting she could have a better husband.
Banni replies that a good husband is not the only concern—she wants Yuvan to have happiness too. She insists that her marriage is a mutual decision, and her presence will be a relief to Yuvan. Vishnu warns that she might end up alone, but Banni reassures him that Devraj, Sulekha, and Yuvan will support her. She praises Yuvan’s love and care, expressing how fortunate she feels to have him.
Recalling that Yuvan gets angry if he breaks his promises, Banni says that Yuvan will never leave her like her father left her mother. Yuvan admits to Devraj that he cannot marry Banni due to a promise he made. Devraj smiles, assuring Yuvan that his mother would be happy with this marriage, and encourages him to break his promise if needed, promising that his mother will not get upset.
Vishnu cautions Banni that she will face constant struggles if she marries Yuvan. Banni responds that every relationship has challenges and that it takes time to adjust to a new family. She explains that she is marrying Yuvan with her heart, not just her mind. Yuvan asks Devraj if he should inform his mother about the marriage. Devraj agrees and says he will tell her. Yuvan feels relieved. Devraj instructs the decorators to prepare the venue immediately.
However, Banni calls Devraj to express doubts, saying she cannot go through with the marriage.
