Pihu comes there and announces that her guest is arriving. When Ishani asks who she is referring to, Pihu reveals that Anurag is coming. She tells Ishani that she informed Anurag that Ishani also wanted him to attend the party, so Ishani should behave accordingly. Ishani tells Pihu that she should not have used her name.
Pihu admires the decorations, calling them beautiful. Ishani says she feels bad that she already celebrated her birthday in the morning, as Shashwat seems to have planned everything so grandly for her. She adds that Shashwat is soft-hearted. Pihu teases her, saying her heart has melted. Ishani remarks that one should never judge a book by its cover.
Pihu then admits that she is falling deeply for Anurag. Ishani says she cannot tolerate Pihu’s madness anymore. Pihu corrects her, saying it is love, not madness, and asks Ishani not to behave like she is outdated. She adds that even if no one supports her love, she knows Ishani will stand by her.
Nandini arrives and asks them to come downstairs. Ishani says Shashwat has not called her yet. Nandini replies that it is a family party, so Ishani should be present. Pihu assures Nandini that she will bring Ishani along. Nandini nods and leaves.
Downstairs, Raj Didi compliments Nandini. Ankita’s family arrives. Ankita asks about the occasion, but Shashwat tells her to wait a little longer. Ankita questions Yash, but Yash admits that even Shashwat has not told him the reason for the party.
Upstairs, Pihu asks Ishani whether she feels Anurag is giving mixed signals. She says she feels Anurag may never propose to her, so she should take the initiative herself. Ishani says Pihu has started again. Pihu asks Ishani to tell Anurag that she likes him. Ishani firmly replies that she goes to college to study and Anurag is her professor. Pihu insists that since Anurag and Ishani share a good bond, Ishani should help her.
Anurag enters the Sengupta house. From upstairs, Ishani and Pihu spot him. Pihu gets restless and drags Ishani downstairs. Nandini points Anurag out to Shashwat, who assumes Pihu must have invited him. Pihu brings Ishani forward. Anurag looks at Ishani, while Ishani asks Pihu not to pull her. Pihu excitedly says she feels like she has grown wings after seeing Anurag.
Ishani thinks she cannot bear to see Pihu get hurt and decides to talk to Anurag.
Pihu welcomes Anurag and introduces him to Shashwat. Shashwat recalls meeting Anurag earlier at a restaurant. Anurag observes that the party is grand and assumes Ishani must be happy. Pihu asks Anurag to give the cake and flowers to Ishani, but Anurag places them on the table and tells Pihu to give them to Ishani later.
Finally, Raj Didi urges Shashwat to reveal the suspense. Shashwat announces that he threw the party for a special reason and introduces Nandini to everyone. He reveals that Nandini secured a major business deal, which is why the celebration was arranged.
Ishani, Pihu, and Anurag are shocked. Nandini confidently says they will take the business to new heights. She cuts the cake and feeds Shashwat, and Shashwat feeds her in return. Watching this, Ishani breaks down in tears and looks at Anurag.
