Dadabhai asks Aditi what happened to Jhanak. Aditi explains that Rishi admitted Jhanak to the hospital after her accident. She tells them she is going home. Abhimanyu asks why she is crying. Aditi replies that Rishi was with Jhanak but did not inform her earlier. Payal suggests they should go to the hospital. Abhimanyu hopes it’s not serious, as the Simulboni people may turn against them if anything happens to Jhanak.
Aditi insists she is going home. Putul questions whether she won’t support Rishi in this difficult situation. Aditi responds that she has faced many problems because of Jhanak and cannot ignore them, then leaves. Dadabhai prepares to go to the hospital, but Abhimanyu and Putul tell him to rest.
Meanwhile, Aniruddh remarks that Rishi is intelligent and won’t fall into any trap. Arshi counters that he was also intelligent but fell into Jhanak’s trap. Aniruddh says he never spoke of Jhanak all these years. Arshi presses him, asking why he went to drop Phool at the bus stop if he had truly forgotten Jhanak. She notes that Aditi was heartbroken that day, though Aniruddh helped Phool. He explains that he acted out of humanity.
Arshi further questions if Phool is Aniruddh and Jhanak’s daughter, reminding him that he went to Simulboni years ago to marry Jhanak, but she married someone else, so he returned. Aniruddh asks her not to overreact. Arshi warns him that he is ruining Aditi’s life and walks inside.
At the hospital, the doctor informs Rishi that Jhanak has a major head injury and requires immediate surgery or she may die. Surjeet inquires about her condition. Tanushri instructs Rishi to inform Jhanak’s family. Rishi says they cannot come right now, and he must take responsibility since he caused the accident. The nurse arrives, stating that Rishi must sign a bond for the surgery to begin.
Abhimanyu tells Rishi that Jhanak is no one to them and advises against signing. Tanushri cautions that Aditi will be angry if she learns Rishi signed. Rishi insists Aditi will understand. Surjeet tells him to seek Aditi’s permission first.
Rishi calls Aditi and explains Jhanak’s critical condition, revealing that he brought her to the hospital. Aditi taunts him for admitting Jhanak to an expensive hospital and questions whether he really carried her. Rishi explains about the bond, but Aditi tells him he cannot sign and disconnects the call. Abhimanyu reminds Rishi that no one supports him signing. Tanushri asks what he will write in the relationship column.
The episode ends with tension over who will take responsibility for Jhanak’s surgery.
