Rishi tells Tanushri that he caused Jhanak’s accident and must sign the hospital bond because it is his responsibility to save her. Abhimanyu warns him not to take the risk, but Rishi insists that Jhanak could die if he delays. Tanushri reminds him that they care about him, but the nurse urges him to sign immediately.

Dadabhai arrives with Putul and asks Rishi about Jhanak’s condition. Rishi explains that she is in critical condition and wants to sign for her treatment, but his parents are opposing him. Dadabhai supports Rishi, stating that even he would sign because Jhanak is like a daughter to him. He scolds the family for losing humanity. Rishi declares that he caused the accident, so he must take responsibility. The nurse takes him inside, and Dadabhai follows. Abhimanyu comments sarcastically about facing a police case now.
At the hospital, Rishi tells the manager he is ready to sign. The manager asks him to declare his relationship with Jhanak. Dadabhai instructs Rishi to write that he is Jhanak’s husband, explaining that regardless of the past, saving her life is the priority. Rishi signs the bond, identifying himself as her husband, and the doctor begins the surgery.
Later, the doctor informs Rishi that the surgery is complete, but Jhanak is still unstable. Dadabhai asks if she will survive. The doctor warns that anything can happen and emphasizes the importance of Jhanak’s willpower. Rishi pleads with the doctor to save her at any cost. The doctor acknowledges that he caused the accident and is deeply concerned for his wife. She allows them to see Jhanak.
Jhanak opens her eyes and sees Dadabhai, who advises her to rest and reassures her that the surgery is over. He scolds her gently for not being careful and steps outside, telling Rishi that he should go see her.
Rishi enters Jhanak’s room and recalls that he has previously signed forms identifying himself as her husband. Jhanak sees him and begins to cry. Rishi comforts her, asking her not to cry over him and assuring her that nothing will happen. He promises to bring her family from Simulboni if necessary and tells her to rest before leaving.
The episode ends with Jhanak emotional but reassured by Rishi’s words and actions.
