Pihu tells Anurag that she will not let him marry Ishani. She insists he should forget his past and accept her. Anurag reminds her that she is half his age and also Ishani’s stepdaughter. Pihu says she doesn’t care about any of that. She declares she is an adult and can make her own life decisions. She questions what she lacks compared to Ishani and accuses Ishani of using her, just as Anurag used her. Anurag tells Pihu that she still hasn’t understood Ishani and asks her to question Ishani directly if she has doubts.
Anurag’s mother arrives and asks what is going on. Pihu hugs her and claims Anurag betrayed her. She confesses her love for Anurag and says she wants to marry him. She shocks everyone by revealing that Anurag has an affair with her stepmother, Ishani, and that he lost his job because of the letter he wrote for Ishani. She threatens to die if Anurag refuses to marry her. Anurag’s mother scolds Pihu for speaking about death so casually.

Pihu says she cannot imagine life without Anurag. Anurag sternly tells her to stop and says no one can change his decision. Pihu announces that she is giving him two days to decide. She adds that although she can marry anyone, she wants only Anurag. She warns him that she will write his name in her suicide note and leaves.
Anurag’s mother explains that love cannot be forced and says she also wants Anurag to move on from his past. Pihu argues that Ishani is her stepmother and that Anurag met Ishani again only because of her. She reminds them that Ishani is Shashwat’s legal wife, so Anurag can never marry her. Anurag admits he loves Ishani, but clarifies that he never thought of marrying her. Pihu demands that he forget the past and make a decision within two days before leaving. Anurag’s mother wonders why his life is so complicated. Anurag asks her not to worry and reveals that he has been transferred to another branch of his college.
Later, Pihu returns home and accuses Ishani of ruining her life. Shashwat says Pihu didn’t listen to him. Nandini claims Pihu misunderstood her as well. Raj didi questions why Shashwat is still keeping Ishani in the house despite her betrayal. Pihu blames Ishani for everything. Shashwat warns Pihu that Anurag is not right for her and advises her to focus on her studies.
Pihu declares her love for Anurag and says her decision is final. Nandini tells Pihu not to take Ishani to college anymore. Raj didi accuses Ishani of marrying Shashwat for money. Ishani asks Raj didi not to say such things, but Raj didi scolds her instead. Shashwat vows he will not spare Anurag. Pihu adds that Ishani deserves punishment.
Finally, Ishani tells Shashwat that she will leave him and this house after completing her degree. Nandini mockingly asks whether Ishani plans to marry Anurag afterward.
