Lalita grows suspicious, wondering why Noyontara has not brought Surjo yet. She asks Shomu if he has seen Noyontara, but Shomu suggests that perhaps Surjo is instructing her to stay out of the room. Lalita senses that something unusual is happening.
Meanwhile, Noyontara questions Surjo about why he had called Shaoli before she left for the beauty parlor on her wedding day. Surjo dismisses her question as nonsense, but Noyontara insists, swearing on his mother’s name that he must answer. Surjo protests, accusing her of using his mother’s name to manipulate him. Misunderstanding him, Noyontara thinks he is implying money is involved and asks how he could think she was acting for financial gain. Surjo clarifies that he never called Shaoli, explaining that he had only spoken to her in the morning, after which Lalita took the phone and promised to return it after the wedding. He orders Noyontara to leave his room.
Guests begin to question the reception, noting that both bride and groom appear to be missing. Lalita reassures them that Noyontara and Surjo will appear soon. Ashalata apologizes to the guests, insisting that the event is more than just a meal.
Surjo prepares to change Noyontara’s bandage, but she reveals it was a ruse—there was no real blood. Lalita takes Noyontara aside and asks what occurred in Surjo’s room. Noyontara reveals that Lalita had called Shaoli from Surjo’s phone on the wedding day without realizing that Shaoli was recording the conversation. Noyontara accuses Lalita of instigating Shaoli against Surjo. Laughing, Lalita confesses to killing Shaoli and challenges Noyontara to do whatever she can. At that moment, Poulomi arrives, and Lalita pretends to be shocked when she hears about Madhobi’s accident, questioning whether they are responsible.
At the hospital, Surjo learns from Shayon that Madhobi’s husband and son moved her to another facility. He also finds out that Madhobi learned details about Shaoli’s accident through Noyontara, which angers him, prompting him to scold Noyontara. Surjo then receives a call from Lalita about the first night, telling Noyontara to be ready, and disconnects the call.
