Surjo tells the doctors that the medicines are not showing any effect. Shaoli’s spirit insists that Noyontara cannot die until she answers her questions. She demands to know whether Noyontara truly believes Surjo is innocent. She also claims that Surjo still loves her.

In a flashback, Shaoli receives a phone call from an unknown person warning her to escape, claiming Surjo wants to kill her. The caller asks Shaoli to come to the lake area to learn the truth behind Surjo’s intentions.
Back in the present, Shaoli’s spirit reveals that she initially did not believe the caller. She wanted to find out who had stolen Surjo’s phone. She later reached Howrah Bridge, where she received another call stating that Surjo was responsible for the car’s brake failure. Panic-stricken, Shaoli tried to apply the brakes but met with a fatal accident.
At the hospital, Lata scolds Poulomi for allowing Vinoth to leave, saying they were delayed because they had to search for a taxi. Mohor tells Lata not to worry, believing Surjo will handle everything. Lata insists they do not understand the seriousness of the situation. When they reach the hospital, the nurse asks them to wait outside. Lata demands that Surjo be called out. Surjo informs the family that Noyontara is under observation and that the poison used was extremely dangerous. When Mohor asks who tried to kill him, Surjo replies that he does not know and the police will uncover the truth.
Lata thinks she must give the antidote to Noyontara before the police intervene. Poulomi admits she owes her life to Noyontara for saving Surjo. Mohor agrees. Lata attempts to enter the ICU, but Surjo stops her. A police officer arrives and questions Surjo, who urges the officer to catch the culprit at any cost.
Meanwhile, Noyontara slips into a coma. Her spirit appears before Shaoli’s spirit and says Surjo will not allow her to die. She tells Shaoli that she should have trusted Surjo that day. Shaoli’s spirit demands proof. Noyontara asks her to promise that she will not harm Surjo if his innocence is proven. Shaoli’s spirit agrees. Noyontara then summons Trilochan’s spirit.
Outside, Surjo desperately tries to break the ICU door, which has been locked by Shaoli’s spirit. He vows that he will not let Noyontara die.
Trilochan’s spirit appears and apologizes to Shaoli’s spirit. He confesses that an old woman called him and offered money to sabotage the car brakes. He admits that greed led him to commit the crime. Noyontara’s spirit declares that Surjo is innocent and deserves to live peacefully.
Hospital staff try to restrain Surjo, reminding him of the rules. Enraged, Surjo says his wife is dying inside and threatens to burn the hospital down if anything happens to her. Shaoli’s spirit hears this and tells Noyontara that she must believe she has lost to her.
Surjo finally breaks into the ICU and embraces Noyontara, thanking her for not giving up. Noyontara’s spirit begs Shaoli’s spirit to seek liberation. Shaoli’s spirit refuses, saying she wants to live on in Surjo’s memories. She accuses Noyontara of trying to remove her to reach Surjo and admits she broke her promise. Noyontara’s heartbeat suddenly drops.
At that moment, Pratima arrives with Ashalata. Surjo begs Pratima to save Noyontara. Pratima tells him to pray to Bholenath.
