Shaoli’s spirit declares that Surjo did not kill her and still loves her. She questions why she should leave him and announces her decision to take Surjo with her so they can remain together forever. Noyontara’s soul is stunned by this revelation. Shaoli’s spirit adds that Surjo would have fallen in love with Noyontara only if she had stepped away. She taunts Noyontara, asking who can stop her now, since Noyontara herself is helpless. Noyontara’s soul responds firmly, saying it is never easy to kill someone you love. She declares that she was ready to sacrifice her own life because her love for Surjo is pure.

Meanwhile, Surjo notices that Noyontara’s condition is deteriorating rapidly. He reassures her that he will not let her die and rushes off to call the senior doctor. Noyontara’s soul urges Shaoli’s spirit to seek liberation. Shaoli’s spirit refuses, vowing to kill Surjo and prove Noyontara wrong. Determined, Noyontara’s soul re-enters her body.
Surjo learns that Senior Doctor Mitra is on the fourth floor. At that moment, Lata arrives and claims that the treatment is failing, so she has brought sacred prasad to save Noyontara. Surjo firmly tells her she is not allowed inside the ICU and rushes upstairs. Shaoli’s spirit follows him, whispering that he should die and remain with her forever. Inside, Noyontara silently prays to God, begging that love should triumph. She pleads that her own life be taken if it means saving Surjo.
Suddenly, Shaoli’s spirit hurls a beam of light toward Surjo, but it stops at the last moment. Everyone is stunned after witnessing the strange phenomenon. Shaoli’s spirit realizes that killing Surjo would mean accepting defeat, since Noyontara saved his life. Surjo struggles to understand what just happened. Using her powers, Shaoli’s spirit erases everyone’s memory of the incident and declares that Noyontara must die.
Outside, Poulomi urges Lata to return home, but Lata insists on staying at the hospital. Inside the ICU, Noyontara feels herself weakening but resolves not to lose the battle. Shaoli’s spirit appears again, mocking Noyontara and claiming Surjo would have forgotten her if Noyontara had lived. Lata enters and sends the nurses away. Shaoli’s spirit assumes Lata has come to kill Noyontara and removes her oxygen mask. To her shock, Lata puts the mask back and announces that she has come as a savior. She reveals the antidote.
Enraged, Shaoli’s spirit snatches the antidote and screams that Noyontara must die. She writes Noyontara’s name on the wall, horrifying Lata. Lata coldly tells the spirit that she will kill Noyontara herself once her objective is achieved. Shaoli’s spirit writes that she wants to separate Surjo and Noyontara. Lata agrees, vowing to make Noyontara’s life miserable. As Shaoli’s spirit attempts to kill Noyontara, Lata stops her, explaining that Surjo will collapse if Noyontara dies, since he already lost Shaoli once. Reluctantly, Shaoli’s spirit hands the antidote back to Lata.
Surjo arrives with Dr. Mitra and immediately sends Lata away. After examining Noyontara, Dr. Mitra announces that nothing more can be done and advises Surjo to call her family for a final goodbye. Sumitra arrives with Ashalata, leaving Lata furious as she questions why Sumitra was brought there.
Heartbroken, Surjo speaks to Noyontara, telling her that God listens to her prayers. He asks her to pray for her own life. He says she cannot perform pooja now, so he will do it on her behalf. He begs her not to lose hope and promises to fight until his last breath. Remembering how Noyontara once tied a red sacred thread on his wrist for protection, Surjo gently ties the same thread on her hand.
