Surjo sees Pratima and hugs her emotionally. He tells her that all medical treatments have failed and asks her how to speak to her God. Pratima tells him that he is Shiv and Noyontara is his Sati. She says that if he truly wants to save her, then he must go to Lord Shiv and beg with complete devotion. She urges him to plead for Noyontara’s life. Surjo agrees and leaves immediately. Lata and Ashalata are left shocked. Pratima chants har har mahadev.
Outside the hospital, Surjo believes that Bhootnath will save Noyontara. He approaches a shopkeeper and asks for pooja items, admitting that he does not know anything about performing pooja.

Meanwhile, Lata calls Gurudev and asks about his whereabouts. She confidently says that their dream will remain incomplete because Noyontara is going to die. Gurudev informs her that he is outside the hospital. He notices Surjo walking barefoot with Shiv devotees while carrying a Kalash. Gurudev says he would not have believed this if he had not seen it himself. Noyontara’s family also witnesses Surjo’s devotion.
Inside the hospital, Shaoli’s spirit mocks Noyontara. She reminds her that Noyontara once claimed Surjo would save her. Shaoli’s spirit says she had earlier joined hands with Lata to kill Noyontara, but destiny seems to be interfering. She laughs and declares that Noyontara’s time is over before leaving. Hashiram scolds Noyontara, reminding her that he warned her many times. He questions where her doctor husband is now.
Despite stepping on broken glass, Surjo continues walking toward the temple. He recalls how Noyontara promised to always protect him. He admits that he never listened to her. Standing before Bholenaath, Surjo confesses that he does not know religious slogans, but his devotion is pure. He begs Bholenaath to return his Noyontara to him.
At the hospital, the doctor informs Noyontara’s family that her organs have stopped functioning. A nurse mentions that an injection has arrived. The doctor administers it. Shaoli’s spirit taunts them, laughing and questioning whether Noyontara will survive. The doctor worries about how he will face Surjo.
Back in the temple, Surjo performs aarti and cries. The priest tells him that the pooja is complete, but Surjo refuses to stop until Noyontara returns to him. The priest gives him Shiv Charnamrit, which Surjo carries back to the hospital.
Meanwhile, Lata discusses her plan with Gurudev, unaware that Nani overhears their conversation.
At the hospital, Surjo tells the doctor that he is no longer acting as a doctor but as a husband. He forcefully enters the ICU and gives Shiv Charnamrit to Noyontara. Shaoli’s spirit appears and accuses him of never doing this for her. Surjo then realizes that Noyontara is dead. He collapses on the floor, recalling how Noyontara once confessed her love without expecting anything in return. He also remembers how she drank poisoned coffee to save his life.
Precap: Surjo cries and asks Noyontara why she entered his life if she wanted to leave him like this. Hashiram urges Noyontara to wake up, saying this is the love she wished for. Noyontara slowly opens her eyes.
