Surjo tries to remove Noyontara’s hair clip, but it gets stuck in her hair. He asks her how to remove it and decides to call Poulomi for help. Lata overhears this and thinks that she must separate Noyontara and Surjo at any cost.

Poulomi enters Surjo’s room and carefully removes Noyontara’s hair clip. She advises Noyontara to take advantage of this phase and ensure that Surjo completely forgets Shaoli. She adds that she trusts Noyontara’s love will make Surjo remove Shaoli’s photograph from the room. Noyontara quickly covers Poulomi’s mouth and warns her not to anger Shaoli.

Meanwhile, Surjo asks Lata why she called him. Lata says she wanted to take care of Noyontara like a mother, but Surjo took that right away from her. She claims she is the best nurse for Noyontara. Surjo firmly responds that Noyontara needs a doctor, not a nurse, and that her recovery is his top priority. He then receives a call from the police inspector and asks about the poisoned coffee.

The police inspector informs Surjo that the CCTV footage is damaged and the ward boy’s statements are inconsistent. Surjo disconnects the call and says he needs to go back to Noyontara. Lata notices a message written on the wall by Shaoli’s spirit and quickly distracts Surjo so he does not see it. After Surjo leaves, Lata thinks she is trapped between the mad spirit and Noyontara.

Later, Noyontara tells Surjo that she can walk properly and that her legs are completely fine. Surjo asks her to stay quiet and helps her walk to the hall for dinner. Poulomi, Mohor, and Mala try to feed Noyontara, but Surjo stops them and says she should not eat so much. Sashodhar teasingly asks Noyontara whether Surjo is taking care of her or simply scolding her. Mohor asks Surjo what the police inspector said. Noyontara tastes Surjo’s food. Surjo immediately warns her not to eat oily food and gives her soup instead. He wonders what has come over Noyontara.

Mohor later takes Noyontara to Surjo’s room and questions why she tasted Surjo’s food. Noyontara explains that she is afraid someone might poison Surjo’s food. Mohor jokes that Noyontara would have died if the food was poisoned. Noyontara calmly replies that she is ready to die for Surjo. Mohor teases her, and Surjo, who overhears the conversation, laughs. Mohor realizes that Surjo is laughing wholeheartedly after many years and runs out to inform the family.

Noyontara asks Surjo why he is laughing. Surjo asks her whether she plans to taste everything he eats. Noyontara replies that his safety is her priority and calls him Doctor Babu. Surjo asks why she calls him that. Noyontara reminds him that he said he is her doctor and she is his patient. Surjo remarks that her mind works quite well.

Mohor shares everything with Lata. Lata thinks Noyontara is ruining all her plans. Everyone gathers in Surjo’s room. Mala admits that she never imagined Surjo could laugh like this after Shaoli’s death. Surjo realizes that he actually forgot Shaoli for a while. Lata announces that she will observe a long vrat with Noyontara, but Surjo immediately refuses to give his permission.
