Roshni grows increasingly anxious, suspecting that Sayali may be in danger. She shares her fears after hearing ominous predictions from a local priest. However, Sachin and Akash strongly criticise her belief in superstition and dismiss her concerns outright. Sachin refuses to give importance to such claims and instead motivates Sayali to focus on expanding her business. Riya and Akash also encourage her to ignore Roshni’s words.
Later that night, the Deshmukh family celebrates Janmashtami at home with devotion and enthusiasm. Renuka, along with her sons and daughters-in-law, performs the puja and seeks blessings from Lord Krishna for happiness and prosperity. After the rituals, everyone enjoys the sweet pudding prepared by Sayali. Though it tastes delicious, Renuka still manages to point out minor flaws in her cooking. During the gathering, Sachin mentions an upcoming Janmashtami Dahi Handi competition in their locality, explaining that a team must be formed to participate.
Soon, Sachin, Akash, Tejas, Anish, and their friends form a team to compete in breaking the matka. Tejas grows nervous when he learns that the organisers will not take responsibility for any injuries during the game. He hesitates, but the mention of the prize money pushes him to continue. Meanwhile, Sachin reassures Sayali, urging her to stop thinking about misfortune and concentrate on her career. Despite his encouragement, Sayali senses that something unpleasant is about to happen. Elsewhere, Chitti learns that the Deshmukh family is participating in the competition and plots revenge against Sayali and Sachin for the humiliation he previously faced.
The competition begins, and the brothers are called forward. Sachin is shocked to see Chitti competing as part of the rival team. The sight of Chitti’s group leaves Sayali alarmed. Sachin boldly challenges Chitti, declaring that he alone will break the matka. Chitti accepts the challenge and promises to apologise to Sayali if his team loses.
As the human pyramid starts forming, competitors climb over one another to gain height. Tejas becomes overwhelmed by fear and loses balance, falling to the ground and effectively getting disqualified. With only fifteen minutes left, panic sets in as the team struggles to rebuild the pyramid. Sachin asks Riya and Roshni to climb, but both refuse due to fear. Eventually, Sayali is requested to step in. Though hesitant, she is encouraged by Sachin and Dilip. After much reluctance, Sayali agrees to climb.
Unbeknownst to them, Chitti has been waiting for this very moment. As Sayali reaches the top of the pyramid, people begin throwing water on the participants on Chitti’s instructions. Sayali notices something sticky mixed in the water. Losing her grip, she slips. The pyramid shakes violently, and Sayali falls hard to the ground.
