UV enters, bringing ointment for Katha’s injuries. Katha hides her face with her veil and scolds him for interfering with the post-wedding rituals. She refuses to apply the ointment. Charu teases UV for caring so much, while Katha internally decides that everything UV does is to disrupt the rituals. UV jokingly warns that she might complain about him, justifying why he brought the ointment, and then leaves.
Charu, Shikha, Naina, and Prerna urge Katha to use the ointment, but she insists on a home remedy made from cabbage paste and turmeric, explaining that she had used the same on Eshwar’s wound previously. Shikha worries they might not have cabbage, so Naina and Prerna check the kitchen.
In the kitchen, Pratty overhears Prerna describing Katha’s plan and helps her buy cabbage from the market. Naina reports back that there is no cabbage in the kitchen, which Pari overhears and immediately informs UV. Meanwhile, Katha feels guilty for troubling the family and decides to find the cabbage herself. She stops at the home temple, praying to God for strength to protect her marriage and uphold both families’ reputations.
UV, on a call with Sandy about his Singapore project, notices Katha’s injuries and insists she needs treatment, but she refuses to listen. Pari updates UV on the family’s efforts to help Katha, while Pratty asks if UV has cabbage in his café. UV confirms, but initially refuses to take Katha there. Shlok learns about the cabbage in UV’s café and persuades him to take Katha, with Pratty supporting the idea.
Finally, Naina and Prerna escort Katha to UV’s car when she hesitates. The family feels relieved once UV and Katha are on their way to the café. During the drive, UV becomes annoyed when Katha criticizes his café and warns her. He also instructs her to remove the veil, or he may face trouble. At the café, UV opens the doors and recalls Katha’s vow to close it, feeling frustrated, while Katha hesitates to step inside.
