The Jindal family prepares for the Raksha Bandhan celebrations. Naina asks Ambika and Chandrika if she can help with the arrangements, but both dismiss her, saying she is only a guest. Their cold behavior deeply hurts Naina. Eshwar notices UV is missing and grows upset. He asks Rukmini to begin the puja and criticizes UV for his absence. UV then arrives and blames Katha, accusing her of turning Eshwar against him. He declares that he will celebrate Raksha Bandhan only with his cousins. He appears cheerful, leaving Katha confused and introspective. She reminds herself that she owes UV for supporting her family during difficult times.

Shikha performs the puja with her brothers. Later, UV, Pratty, and Omi sit down so Pari and Ash can perform the ritual for them. Chandrika deliberately asks Pratty and Omi to move away from UV and instructs Katha to sit beside him, saying they should perform the puja together. UV immediately refuses, calling Katha a guest. Eshwar warns him to behave properly. UV attempts to leave, but Pari and Ash stop him and request him to stay. Reluctantly, UV agrees, and both sisters perform the Raksha Bandhan ritual with him.
Later, UV enters his room with his cousins and friends. He becomes furious on seeing the room filled with plants brought by Katha. He orders his cousins to throw them out, but they refuse, saying the elders will not allow it. UV grows increasingly frustrated, at that moment, Katha enters with tea for him. UV lashes out at her for bringing plants and placing them in his room. He tries to smash one of the pots, but Katha stops him, saying the plants are like family to her. She explains that Shlok placed the plants there without her knowledge, otherwise she would have stopped him. UV accuses Shlok of siding with the elders against him. Katha then leaves to look for something, while Tammy silently plots, determined to drive Katha out of the house.
Soon after, Katha mixes something into UV’s tea, which both UV and Tammy notice. Tammy immediately instigates UV, claiming Katha is poisoning his drink. UV is shocked and furiously calls Katha back. In front of his cousins, he demands to know what she added to the tea. Without waiting for her explanation, UV accuses her of attempting to poison him and orders Pratty to arrest her for attempted murder. Pratty reminds him that arrests cannot be made without proof. Omi tries to calm UV and reaches for the bottle in Katha’s hand, but UV stops him, calling it evidence. Tammy urges Pari and Ash to call the elders, but Pratty and Omi intervene. UV supports Tammy, insisting the family must see Katha’s so-called true colors. Hurt and humiliated, Katha drinks the tea herself and says that if it is poisoned, she will surely die. She then reveals that the bottle contains neem juice. She sharply questions Tammy for constantly targeting her and exposes Tammy’s conspiracies. Katha expresses her deep disappointment in UV, then walks away in tears.
UV confronts Tammy, but she tries to lie her way out. Pratty sternly warns her to stop. Tammy openly admits her hatred for Katha. UV tells Tammy that she has not changed at all and adds that her actions will only earn Katha sympathy from the family. He also says he never expected Tammy to stoop so low. An upset Tammy vows not to spare Katha.
Meanwhile, Katha decides not to cry anymore. She resolves to change UV’s and his cousins’ perception of her.
Precap: Katha sells herbal drinks on the road. UV brings her home and informs Eshwar. Eshwar warns Katha not to repeat this, leaving her heartbroken as she prays to God.
