Manini says she understands Banni’s fear and doubts, but claims she is doing everything for Yuvan’s happiness. Devraj questions her, asking when she started caring for Yuvan. Manini replies that even a stepmother can care for her son. She welcomes Banni Yuvan Rathod home and announces that everyone must accept this marriage. Manini performs aarti for Banni and Yuvan and asks Banni to enter the house by kicking the kalash.
Banni looks at Devraj, who signals her to proceed. As Banni is about to step forward, Yuvan stops her and checks the kalash and the kumkum water. Charmi mocks them, but Banni rebukes her. Banni holds Yuvan’s hand, and the colour from her hand transfers onto his. Yuvan says his griha pravesh will happen along with Banni’s. Banni kicks the kalash and enters the house with Yuvan, leaving her red footprints behind. Devraj feels happy seeing this.
Veer questions Manini, asking why she is welcoming Banni, as they do not understand her behavior. Manini asks everyone to follow her and walks away. Veer suspects that Manini is planning something. Everyone looks on. Sulekha and Manini explain the thali ritual to Yuvan and Banni. Both of them try to remove the plates silently, while Manini signals Viraj to smile.
Yuvan notices that Banni is unable to hold the thalis properly and tries to help her, but Banni refuses. During the struggle, the plates fall on the floor. Charmi comments that this proves Banni and Yuvan will never have understanding between them. Yuvan then creates music using the fallen plates. Banni explains that their relationship is special, music is a part of it, and she wants no issues with anyone in the house. She says she wants to maintain good relations with everyone, but if anyone tries to disturb her business or trouble Yuvan, she will not tolerate it.
Yuvan jokes that Banni’s danda is free. They try to give each other a high-five, but Yuvan falls onto Viraj. Viraj pushes him away, mocks Yuvan, and calls Banni useless. Banni warns Viraj to address Yuvan respectfully as “Aap,” not “Tu.” She says anyone younger than Yuvan must speak to him with respect. Manini supports Banni and instructs everyone to follow her words, saying Yuvan’s respect is Banni’s respect. Devraj wonders why Manini is behaving so sweetly, while Banni also begins to doubt Manini’s sudden love and respect.
Manini tells Banni that she must place a diya in all corners of the house, which will remove darkness from her life and fill it with love and light. Yuvan looks scared while doing this. Banni signals him to be her eyes and asks him to accompany her. Yuvan walks with her as they place a diya in front of Yuvan’s and Banni’s mothers’ photos. A flower falls from Yuvan’s mother’s photo. Yuvan and Banni feel happy and take it as a blessing. Yuvan gently places the flower on Banni.
Precap: Banni tries to wake up a person sleeping on the floor, assuming it is Yuvan. She asks him to sleep on the bed but gets shocked to see someone else. Yuvan tells her that he sent him to sleep in the room. Viraj and Charmi mock Banni, saying the groom should be with his bride on suhaagrat, but since their marriage is unique, Banni has to spend the night with a worker. Banni breaks down in tears.
