Kali tells the Rajput family that only she can save them and that she will use Ved to protect them. She insists that beside Ved, she will not listen to anyone. Raghav counters that Aarti will listen to another person, Anjali. Abhay questions this, pointing out that Anjali is paralyzed. Kali dismisses their concerns and asks the Rajput family to focus on preparations.
Kali instructs the Rajput family to prepare for registering her marriage. She complains that although she is married to Ved, the marriage isn’t officially registered and worries that if anyone challenges it in court, proof will be needed to validate it. She also expresses frustration that Ved openly declares his love for Aarti. Kali then leaves.
Meanwhile, Padma tries to convince Aarti to break off Ved and Kali’s marriage, explaining that Ved only loves Aarti and that the marriage with Kali is invalid. Aarti refuses, saying she is the one who arranged the marriage and considers it a form of Ved’s repentance. Padma comments on this.
Padma calls Ved, reminding him that his marriage with Kali is false, and asks him to speak to Aarti, who loves him. She then makes Aarti talk to Ved over the phone by making her swear. Ved expresses his love for Aarti. Aarti tells him not to speak of love, reminding him that he completed his first night with Kali and drew her painting. Ved clarifies that he never drew Kali’s painting; though Kali was in front of him, he painted Aarti. Kali overhears this and takes the phone, misleading Aarti, insisting Ved will explain the first night with her, and accuses Aarti of calling him behind her back. Aarti protests it was Padma, but Kali cuts the call.
Kali hugs Ved and tells him he may spend time with Aarti, but on one condition: Aarti must not go to court to prove the marriage false or for Aman’s murder case, as his name will also come up. Ved questions her plan, and she confirms it. He agrees and leaves.
Kali believes that once Ved stops Aarti from going to court, her marriage with Ved will be registered, and no one will be able to separate them.
Aarti complains to Anjali about how much she loves Ved and laments Padma telling him that she loves him. Padma remarks on Aarti’s suffering due to her separation from Ved.
Precap: Ved approaches Aarti, noticing her with the snowball he gifted her. He reminds her that he gave it. Aarti questions his presence, reminding him he is married. Ved explains Kali sent him, and she will leave him only if Aarti fulfills a condition. Raghav praises Kali’s plan, claiming it will achieve three objectives at once. Ved tells Aarti that she must withdraw her case and bury all files she has with him.
