Anupama reads Devika’s diary. Devika asks why she is laughing and whether the diary is funny. Anupama replies that it is cute, just like Devika. Devika explains that since she had no one around, she wrote a diary, and shares that it contains a wish list she made after being diagnosed with cancer. She hopes to fulfill these wishes before her life ends. Anupama becomes emotional hearing this.

Meanwhile, Khyati calls Anupama to apologize for troubling and hating her. Anupama is shocked but learns that the Kotharis are still not ready to forgive her. Devika advises Anupama not to forgive Khyati yet.
Later, Devika and Anupama sense someone sneaking into the house. Devika wants to catch the thief herself, but Anupama asks her to rest. Devika insists that if she can dance on stage, she can catch a thief too. Together, they confront the intruder and call the Shahs. Sarita and Ansh hit the thief. When asked to show his face, the thief reveals himself, Paritosh. He admits he was hungry and apologizes to Anupama, confessing he sold Leela’s ornaments. Hasmuk remarks that some people never change. Despite this, Leela decides to give Paritosh another chance. Anupama agrees but warns him, and Paritosh declares that he is back.
Anupama then plans a pink-themed birthday party for Devika. The Shahs celebrate together. Devika admits she did not want to celebrate this year, fearing it might be her last birthday. Anupama reassures her that she could never forget it. Devika and Anupama dream of celebrating birthdays together when they grow old. The Dance Ranis gift Devika a Lord Ganesh idol. Leela blesses her with a long life and acknowledges her illness. Anupama promises that by her next birthday, Devika will be cancer-free and a true warrior.
Meanwhile, Prem and Anil discover Gautam’s fraud in the accounts. Rahi helps them, and Parag feels proud of her skills. Khyati asks Parag to have breakfast and take his medicine, but he tells her not to worry.
During the celebrations, Leela praises Devika for her changed heart. Paritosh wants to make a video, but Anupama and Kinjal stop him. Devika says she needed a family during her tough time. Prarthana adds that cancer is scary, but many have overcome it. The Shahs continue celebrating Devika’s birthday.
Precap: Anupama tells Kinjal she wants to fulfill Devika’s bucket list. Hasmuk suggests women should go on a trip, and Anupama begins planning it. Prarthana asks if Rahi, Mahi, and Pari can join them. Devika visits the Kotharis.
