Sarita advise Rahi to learn forgiveness from Anupama. Rahi argues that not every mistake deserves an apology. Hasmukh comments that everyone’s mistakes can be forgiven, except Anupama’s. Rahi walks away, and Anupama reflects that Rahi won’t stay upset with her for long. Ansh asks Anupama to take Bharti to his friend, a doctor.

At the hospital, Ansh’s friend suggests surgery for Bharti and recommends Dr. Mathur. Bharti hesitates, noting she will have to stay with the Shahs if the surgery is planned in Ahmedabad. Anupama reassures her to focus only on her health. While at the hospital, Anupama spots Devika and senses that she is hiding something about her health. She prays to God to reveal the truth and is shocked to learn that Devika is battling cancer.
Meanwhile, Rahi’s friend Saloni calls and expresses sympathy, feeling bad that Rahi’s own mother defeated her. Rahi rejects the fake sympathy. Pari is happy that Rahi apologized to Anupama, but Rahi clarifies that her apology was only on Khyati’s behalf and that she has not forgiven Anupama. Pari argues that Anupama is a mother, but Rahi counters that no mother should try to defeat her own daughter, getting angry in the process.
Anupama approaches Devika, declaring that she won’t let anything happen to her. She asks why Devika hid the truth, and both break down in tears. Prem serves tea to Rahi, but she burns her hand. Prem advises her to at least try forgiving Anupama.
Devika reveals that she has cancer and had hidden it because she did not want to disturb Anupama. She expresses fear and loneliness, believing she might not survive. Anupama consoles her, reminding her of their past struggles together and pledges to fight this disease alongside her. Devika asks if Anupama will truly stand by her, and Anupama assures she always will. Devika fears death, but Anupama strengthens her resolve, praising her courage.
Elsewhere, Khyati asks Rahi what Anupama said. Rahi says nothing. Khyati defends herself, complaining that Parag ignores her. Parag states that Khyati’s mistake is unforgivable because anything could have happened to Anupama. Vasundhara questions Parag’s favoritism toward Anupama, asking if he wants the entire Kothari family to bow down to her. Prem comments that they should indeed respect Anupama. Vasundhara blames Anupama for destroying the family and fears Gautam. Parag reassures her he will handle everything and adds that he will only forgive Khyati if Anupama does.
The episode closes with Anupama consoling Devika and vowing to fight the disease together.
