Katha tells Naina that she is overjoyed to have found UV’s mother. Naina suggests informing UV over the phone, but Katha wants to prepare a surprise birthday party for UV and reunite him with his mother, Sheetal Jindal, as a precious gift.

Meanwhile, UV and his family search for Sheetal Jindal’s contact number, hoping for a reunion. Katha focuses on the birthday preparations. She reflects that Sheetal may have lost her memory, which is why she didn’t return home all these years. UV considers telling Katha about his mother but stops, thinking that meeting his mother might emotionally affect Katha, who also feels a maternal connection to Sheetal.
Naina teases Katha over the birthday arrangements. Katha wonders why Sheetal Maa’s name was changed to Gayatri and suspects Arjun is behind it. She believes he must have lied to her. Later, Katha serves Harshvardhan tea and asks if he likes it. Harshvardhan says it tastes good. Katha comments that it tastes like Sheetal Maa’s tea and questions why he didn’t stop Sheetal from leaving 20 years ago. Harshvardhan explains he never got the chance, as Sheetal left to pursue her dreams and he couldn’t find her despite searching. After he leaves, Katha realizes Sheetal didn’t return because of her accident, though the Jindal family believes she left voluntarily. She wonders why Arjun hid the truth. Naina asks how she plans to reveal it to UV, and Katha says she will surprise him after his return from Delhi.
Meanwhile, Arjun scolds his security team, forbidding Katha from entering the house. Katha calls Sheetal to arrange a meeting to reveal the truth about her past. Sheetal asks what truth, but Arjun snatches the phone. Katha tells Sheetal that her son and husband are alive and asks her to meet the next day without informing Arjun. Arjun breaks the phone, angrily questions Sheetal, and locks her in the room, warning her not to communicate with Katha.
Arjun fears that Katha has discovered the truth and plans to reunite Sheetal with her family, but he intends to stop her as part of his revenge against the Jindal family. Katha tells Naina that she will meet Sheetal tomorrow, reveal everything, and reunite her with UV. Arjun decides to prevent Katha from bringing Sheetal back.
Meanwhile, UV’s brother Pratty calls him, informing that Sheetal is now an ad agency owner in Jaisalmer, but he couldn’t get her contact number. They plan to track her in their own way. Katha and Naina wait for Sheetal. Arjun orders Manav and his men to move Sheetal to a distant location. Sheetal confronts Arjun, who claims it’s for her safety, but she secretly decides to meet Katha.
