Noyontara gives the marriage documents to Mohor, who photographs them and sends them to the lawyer. Noyontara realizes that speaking to Shaoli’s mother’s spirit could reveal the truth. She calls Shayon to arrange the meeting.

Meanwhile, Shaoli tries to hypnotize Surjo by claiming her medicines are missing. She hugs him and calls him her medicine. Surjo explains that he will stay in the hospital tonight to avoid Shaoli, asking Noyontara to prove that Shaoli is lying.

At the hospital, Noyontara summons Shaoli’s mother’s spirit. She asks whether it is possible that Shaoli is alive. The spirit confirms that Shaoli died in front of her. Noyontara inquires about Shaoli’s registered marriage, and the spirit reveals that Shaoli was a minor at the time, advising Noyontara to check her birth certificate.

Back at the house, Shaoli grows frustrated that Surjo hasn’t returned and notices Noyontara is missing. Mohor explains that Surjo is in the hospital and Noyontara went there as well.

Noyontara calls the lawyer, explaining that Shaoli was a minor during the marriage. The lawyer instructs her to obtain the birth certificate from Shaoli’s birth hospital and the death certificate from the hospital where Shaoli died. She informs Shayon, who goes to retrieve the death certificate. Noyontara also plans to ask Surjo about Shaoli’s birth hospital.

Meanwhile, Shaoli reaches the hospital to hypnotize Surjo, mixing something in his water. Noyontara collides with him, breaking the glass. Shaoli confronts Noyontara, asking why she is there when she is supposedly Surjo’s wife. Noyontara replies that the marriage has not yet been legally proved. She locks Shaoli in the room and hides with Surjo in a cupboard as the peon opens the door.

Noyontara asks Surjo about Shaoli’s birth hospital. He hugs her. She confirms that Shaoli was a minor during the marriage. Shaoli arrives, but Surjo asserts that he belongs to neither of them and leaves.
