Agastya confronts Yuvan, asking how he can take care of a child when he cannot even take care of his wife. He warns that if Banni had received another dose of that medicine, she could have suffered severe brain damage. Everyone is shocked. Agastya stops himself mid-sentence and says that today Yuvan might have lost Banni forever. Yuvan collapses on the sofa in shock. Devraj consoles him and warns Agastya not to speak to Yuvan in that manner, reminding him that Yuvan is Banni’s husband.

Agastya insists that this is the real problem, as Yuvan is responsible for Banni’s condition. He asks Charmi to reveal what the Doctor said. Charmi explains that Yuvan mistakenly gave his own medicine to Banni instead of her fever medicine. Agastya adds that the Doctor said it was fortunate they brought Banni to the hospital in time, otherwise the consequences could have been severe. Overwhelmed with guilt, Yuvan cries and blames himself. The Nurse informs the family that Banni’s sponging is complete and they can meet her.
Rohan takes Agastya away, while the rest of the family goes to see Banni. Yuvan, however, stays back. Viraj calls Manini and informs her that Yuvan gave his medicine to Banni, causing her condition to worsen. Manini, confused, wonders how a medicine meant to calm Yuvan could have such a dangerous effect on Banni, and disconnects the call.
Meanwhile, Devraj notices Yuvan is missing and sends someone to bring him. Yuvan, consumed by guilt, starts hitting himself and takes out a gun, intending to punish himself. Viraj quickly intervenes and takes the gun away, realizing it is a fake one. He sends Yuvan inside, saying Banni is calling him.
Outside, Agastya confesses to Rohan that he cannot stop worrying about Banni. When Rohan questions his involvement, Agastya admits that he loves Banni and believes she deserves someone better than Yuvan.
Inside the room, Banni regains consciousness and calls Yuvan. He rushes to her and apologizes sincerely. Banni reassures him that she knows he would never intentionally hurt her. He kisses her hand emotionally. The Nurse asks the family to collect medicines, and everyone leaves them alone.
Watching from outside, Rohan warns Agastya that he is interfering in a pure relationship. At that moment, the Doctor informs Agastya and Rohan that not only Banni, but Yuvan’s life is also at risk. Meanwhile, an unknown woman watches Yuvan’s video on television.
Later, the Doctor reveals the shocking truth to Banni. He explains that Yuvan has been given an illegal and dangerous drug, which could harm him severely, and that someone from his own family is responsible. Banni is devastated, as she realizes Yuvan has been taking these tablets since childhood. The Doctor leaves, and Banni breaks down in tears.
Agastya tells her they are fortunate to discover the truth. Banni realizes that Yuvan behaves normally without the medicine and suspects Manini may be behind it. As she tries to get up, Agastya stops her gently.
From outside, Yuvan sees Agastya holding Banni’s hand and assumes that Banni deserves someone like Agastya, not him. Heartbroken, Yuvan sits alone in tears. Viraj approaches him, but Yuvan confesses that he believed Banni married him for love. Now, he feels he is only a burden and the reason behind her suffering, while Agastya is the one truly taking care of her.
