Banni asks Agastya if Yuvan’s condition can be reversed by stopping his current medicine and giving him the correct treatment. Agastya says it is possible and reveals that his friend is a reputed neurosurgeon who may help them. He suggests taking Yuvan to him. Banni agrees immediately. Meanwhile, Yuvan slaps himself in frustration. Viraj stops him, but Yuvan says his mother was right and that Banni deserves someone like Agastya. Viraj, hiding his true intentions, secretly thinks he cannot support Yuvan, as separating Yuvan from Banni is necessary for him to secure his share of the property. He advises Yuvan to separate from Banni.

Determined, Banni tells Agastya that she will fight to make Yuvan normal again and asks for his support. Agastya agrees. Yuvan, unaware of their plan, tells Viraj that since Agastya supports Banni, he will distance himself from her. Banni then makes Agastya promise not to inform anyone, especially Yuvan, about the treatment plan, as Manini might sabotage their efforts. Agastya promises her. At that moment, Yuvan enters the room and notices them holding hands, which deepens his heartbreak.
The Nurse asks Devraj who will stay overnight so she can issue a night pass. Devraj decides that Charmi and Yuvan will stay. Yuvan, feeling unworthy, thinks Banni deserves someone mature like Agastya, not a child like him. Devraj asks Yuvan to sit near Banni, but Yuvan silently resolves to free Banni from their marriage and leave her life. Meanwhile, Banni remains hopeful that treatment will restore Yuvan’s health.
Later, Yuvan tells Devraj he wants to go home and suggests Agastya stay instead. Devraj tries to stop him, but Banni allows Yuvan to leave, saying he needs rest and that Charmi will take care of her. Agastya also offers to stay. Yuvan leaves without speaking to Banni, hiding his pain from everyone.
On the way home, Yuvan recalls his cherished memories with Banni. At the hospital, Agastya admires Banni while they eat. Banni gestures to him about food on his lips, and when he cannot remove it, she gently helps him. Back home, Yuvan lies on the bed and sends Devraj away. Once alone, he breaks down in tears. Seeing the tiffin box filled with memories of Banni, Yuvan convinces himself that they are only best friends and can never be true husband and wife. He believes Banni will soon leave him and decides not to let go of their memories.
At the hospital, Banni asks Agastya to leave, assuring him that Charmi is there. Agastya jokes that he will not trouble her like Dracula, making Banni laugh. She requests him to arrange her discharge soon so her customers do not suffer. Agastya reassures her that he has already arranged food service through a restaurant, but Banni says her personal touch will be missing.
Just then, Banni receives a message from Yuvan, informing her that he will send food to her customers with Brinda’s help. She wonders why he did not call her. He sends another message saying he is busy at work with Brinda, which is why he texted instead. Banni smiles and shares this with Agastya.
Later, Charmi arrives and offers coffee. After leaving, Agastya confides in Rohan, questioning why fate prevents him from being with Banni, despite his feelings for her. Rohan remains silent, unable to answer.
Precap: Banni informs Devraj that the Doctor confirmed surgery can cure Yuvan. Devraj feels relieved. However, Banni fears that Yuvan might forget her after surgery, while Yuvan, hiding his tears, decides to distance himself from Banni forever.
