Swati next calls Meghna to proceed. With the court’s permission, Meghna questions Kadambari about abandoning Zoon after childbirth. Kadambari pretends to be shocked and accuses Indu of stealing Zoon instead. Indu immediately protests, calling it a lie. Swati warns Indu to follow courtroom protocol and wait for her turn. Meghna asks Kadambari to explain the incident in detail.
Kadambari narrates that she gave birth to Zoon on a bus. During a stop, she claims she stepped down briefly for water, leaving Zoon with Indu, believing her to be trustworthy. According to her story, when she returned, both the bus and Zoon were gone. Indu insists this is false and states that Kadambari willingly abandoned Zoon. Swati asks Indu if she has proof.
Momentarily confused, Indu struggles to answer. Kalpana taunts that Indu will have no proof because she is lying. Meghna counters that, by that logic, Kadambari’s statement also cannot be trusted. A heated argument breaks out among Kadambari, Meghna, and Kalpana.
Suddenly, Indu recalls a letter given to her by a bus driver. She reveals to Swati that Kadambari left a letter behind after abandoning Zoon. The revelation shocks Kadambari and Sameer. Swati instructs Indu to submit the letter the next day and adjourns the court session.
Outside the courtroom, Kalpana confronts Kadambari for hiding the truth about the letter. She warns that if Indu submits it, their case will collapse. Kadambari panics, realizing she could lose property worth five crore, and resolves to retrieve the letter at any cost. Meghna questions Indu for not mentioning the letter earlier and explains how crucial it is for securing Zoon’s future. Indu feels hopeful. Ritesh and Rahul observe from a distance, wondering about the letter’s significance. Ritesh prays it will help Indu win custody of Zoon.
Following Kadambari’s instructions, Sameer steals the letter and burns it. He hides when he notices Ritesh nearby and schemes to frame him later. Kaamna questions Sameer about the court proceedings, but he dismisses her rudely. Hurt and angry, Kaamna warns him that he will fall one day and she will not be there to support him.
At home, Indu searches for the letter and feels relieved upon finding it, unaware of what is about to happen. She believes Kadambari’s plans will finally end. Zoon joins her and asks to stay with her instead of sleeping at Vivek’s house. Indu agrees to stay with Zoon, making her happy. When Zoon asks about the letter, Indu explains it will unite them. Zoon expresses her strong dislike for Kadambari.
The next morning, Rajender insists on accompanying Indu to court. On the way, Indu notices Ritesh taking selfies with fans while Zoon stands beside him. Ritesh gives Zoon a chunni to pass on to Indu and wishes her luck. Zoon later tells Indu that Ritesh advised her about Indu’s impulsive reactions and says he was right.
A woman deliberately bumps into Rajender and accuses him loudly. While Indu steps aside to defend him, someone secretly steals the letter from her bag. Rajender rushes Indu toward the court, unaware of the loss. Sameer informs Kadambari that the letter is destroyed.
Soon after, Sameer causes Indu and Ritesh to collide intentionally. Indu’s belongings fall, and Ritesh apologizes. Indu mocks him and leaves angrily. Ritesh watches her in silence.
