Indu and Ritesh inform the Raina family that they are marrying solely for Zoon’s sake. Sunita praises Indu for her dedication to Zoon, noting that not many would go to such lengths. Ritesh reveals they plan a court marriage without rituals, which shocks Sunita and Rajender, who refuse to agree. Anjali suggests a small grand wedding given Ritesh’s celebrity status, but Indu scolds her.

Zoon expresses disappointment, explaining she wanted to participate in all the wedding rituals, including dancing. Moved by her plea, Indu and Ritesh agree to a “filmy style” wedding, bringing happiness to everyone. Ritesh instructs Rajender to handle the arrangements, who insists some rituals must be performed by themselves, and Ritesh agrees. Rajender adds that he will send Indu for her bidai.
Outside the house, Indu and Ritesh taunt each other. Ritesh asks her to wear presentable clothes, and Indu scolds him. They exchange playful insults—Ritesh calls her a vamp, and Indu calls him a rakshas—before parting. Meanwhile, Sameer reassures Kadambari that he will find a way to stop the wedding.
Kaamna questions Ritesh about the speed of the arrangements. Ritesh explains the urgency: the marriage must happen before the next court hearing to secure Zoon’s custody. Kaamna reluctantly agrees if everyone is okay. At Raina’s house, Sunita and Rajender discuss fulfilling their responsibilities in the marriage planning.
Rahul delivers Sargi on behalf of Shakuntala, anticipating Karwachauth. Indu eats the Sargi, and Sunita praises it as God’s wish, though Indu insists she isn’t keeping a fast for Ritesh.
The next day, Kaamna prepares to deliver Shagun, dressing lavishly to assert status. Indu is surprised by reporters outside her house. She calls Vivek to bring Zoon through the back door. Zoon notices others keeping fasts and persuades Indu to fast for Ritesh (“genie papa”), reminding her that she wishes for them to live a thousand years together. Indu agrees for Zoon’s sake. Sunita helps groom Indu, and Zoon applies kaala tikka, leaving the family emotional and happy.
Kadambari reacts furiously to the marriage preparations. She instructs Sameer to find leverage against Indu, threatening she will go to any extent—even murder—to stop the wedding.
Precap: Indu and Ritesh argue over a gift he gave her, claiming the other will never change. Sameer shows Magesh and Indu’s pictures to Kadambari, revealing that because of Indu, Magesh’s ex-wife left him. Kadambari calls Magesh, who arrives.
