Sunita urges Zoon to eat, but the latter refuses until Indu returns. Indu and Ritesh arrive, and Ritesh informs the family that the commissioner advised them to convince Magesh. Zoon hugs Ritesh and expresses her wish to witness their marriage, prompting Ritesh and Indu to reassure her that they will find a solution. Indu reminds Zoon to eat since she is hungry, and Zoon obliges.
Ritesh recalls Magesh’s behavior at the commissioner’s office and becomes furious. Kadambari praises Ritesh for standing up to him, and she and Sameer share a romantic moment. Meanwhile, Magesh goes to open a doorbell and is suddenly kicked by Ritesh, falling to the floor. Ritesh beats Magesh for threatening to snatch Zoon. Sameer is ready to intervene but Kadambari stops him, insisting they let Ritesh’s anger work in their favor. Magesh is taken to the hospital by Sameer, who is pleased when Magesh suggests calling the police.

Rahul scolds Ritesh for his violent actions. Shortly after, an inspector arrives and shocks Ritesh and Rahul by saying that Ritesh is being arrested under murder charges filed by Magesh.
Meanwhile, Indu notices strange occurrences at her home: the power goes out, the weather changes suddenly, and she senses a presence. While fixing the fuse, she finds a hooded figure and later comes face-to-face with Magesh, who is bloodied. He taunts Indu, claiming Ritesh’s arrest is her fault and threatens to take Zoon to an orphanage, then leaves.
At the Malhotra mansion, Rahul informs that bail will be difficult due to the approaching Diwali holidays. Kaamna expresses her hatred toward Indu, blaming her for Ritesh’s predicament, and demands that Rahul help secure Ritesh’s release.
The next day, Indu visits Ritesh in prison. Ritesh scolds her for letting Magesh inside and worries about Zoon’s safety, instructing Indu to stay home with her. Indu insists on helping, feeling guilty for Ritesh’s situation.
Later, Indu confronts Kadambari and Magesh. She pleads for Magesh to withdraw the case against Ritesh and reminds him of his past good deeds. Magesh, annoyed by Kadambari and Sameer, agrees to withdraw the case only if Indu has coffee with him. She agrees.
During the coffee meeting, Magesh hands Indu a letter confessing his wrongdoing, claiming it will help her. While Indu answers a phone call, Magesh secretly mixes a pill into her coffee, intending to harm her. Indu drinks the coffee, unaware of the danger.
Precap: Magesh takes an unconscious Indu to a location, sets his phone to record, and approaches her while Ritesh remains in prison. Sameer instructs Magesh to kill Ritesh with a pistol.
