UV enters Katha’s room and is shocked to find her missing from her bed. He becomes anxious and asks the nurse about Katha’s whereabouts. The nurse says she doesn’t know. UV steps out and sees Katha walking in front of him. He follows her, asking what she is doing instead of resting, unaware that Katha is sleepwalking. He tries to stop her, but the doctor intervenes, advising UV not to stop her, warning that waking her forcibly may trigger a coma, as seen in a similar case. UV is shocked.

UV clears the path for Katha to prevent her from getting hurt while sleepwalking, injuring himself in the process. He panics when Katha moves toward the staircase and asks the doctor for guidance. The doctor cautions him again about the risks of forcibly making Katha conscious. UV stands at the staircase to prevent her from falling. Katha accidentally falls on UV, and Naina and others are relieved.
Katha regains consciousness and stares at UV. The doctor checks her and explains UV’s efforts to save her life, while the junior doctor highlights UV’s determination. Katha is shocked and confused. Naina informs Katha that UV brought her plants to the hospital and that Pari confessed the truth about Tejas’s intentions to UV. She further shares UV’s efforts and determination to protect Katha, leaving Katha silent. The doctor tells UV that his love for Katha is evident in his actions and leaves.
Gayatri calls Katha, and UV helps her speak with her. Gayatri expresses her concern, and Katha assures her she is fine. They decide to meet the next day. Gayatri asks Katha to bring her Maharaj Ji (UV) along. A man arrives, addressing Gayatri as Maa Ji, advising her not to go outside as others are waiting, and she obliges.
Back at the hospital, Katha is confused over the disconnection of Gayatri’s call. UV reassures her and helps her take her medicine. He apologizes, acknowledging that she may not accept it because she didn’t accept his previous thanks. He clarifies that his intention was never to hurt her and expresses admiration for her. He explains that helping her secretly is not wrong and frames it as business. UV says he cannot reverse what has happened but can apologize sincerely, folding his hands and saying, “I’m sorry, Katha.” Katha stares at him.
Precap: UV tells Eshwar that Katha, Pari, and Ash have the right to fulfill their dreams, and he will not allow him to stop the girls. Eshwar opposes him, but UV firmly shows the readmission form, stating that Katha will rejoin her college and continue her studies. Katha is shocked.
