UV determinedly searches for Katha. He recalls everything that has happened, from his accusation toward Katha to her selfless gestures for him. He finds Katha with a heavily bleeding head injury and rushes to her, assuring the unconscious Katha that he will save her.

Later, UV brings Katha to the hospital and urges the doctors to treat her. The medical staff take her to the operation theatre and begin treatment. UV becomes emotional. Pratty arrives and informs UV that all formalities are complete and that his team is searching for Tejas. UV tells Pratty that Katha’s recovery is his priority and vows not to spare Tejas afterward. Pratty comforts and advises him.
Soon, Charu and Shlok arrive at the hospital, concerned for Katha and Pari. UV explains Katha’s accident. Both are shocked and ask for details. Pari cries and admits her role, explaining that Tejas used her to reach Naina, and her lies unintentionally created the misunderstanding between Katha and UV. Shlok and Charu are shocked. UV blames himself for not trusting Katha and recalls her efforts to help his family. Shlok comforts him.
After the surgery, UV asks the doctors about Katha’s condition. The doctor says she is out of danger but they must wait until morning for the senior doctor’s assessment. UV becomes furious and demands immediate attention. The senior doctor is initially unresponsive, so UV and Pratty go to his house and bring him to the hospital. The senior doctor threatens to file a case against UV for misbehavior, but UV insists on Katha’s treatment first. Shlok vouches for UV’s intentions. The senior doctor examines Katha and warns that she may fall into a coma, shocking everyone. He advises not to disturb her and leaves.
UV enters Katha’s hospital room. Remembering his mother’s advice, he asks Pratty to bring Katha’s plants to the hospital. They fill her room with greenery. A doctor questions this, but Shlok explains Katha’s connection with the plants and their positive impact on her recovery. Charu remarks that while UV and Katha may deny it, their deep connection is evident.
Later, UV speaks to the unconscious Katha, addressing himself as her Maharaj Ji. He pleads with her to recover, saying her plants and he want to see her well. Outside, everyone grows emotional witnessing UV’s concern. A doctor escorts UV to fill out forms. Upon returning, UV is shocked to find Katha missing and questions the nurse, who says she doesn’t know her whereabouts. UV becomes worried.
Precap: UV tries to stop Katha, who is walking aimlessly, but the senior doctor intervenes, warning that it may negatively affect her recovery. Later, Katha falls on UV while attempting to walk on the stairs, regaining consciousness.
