Naina grows anxious hearing Tejas’s threat. Katha assures her that nothing will happen. She decides to let Naina stay at her friend’s house and takes her along. Meanwhile, Shlok advises UV to rest, but UV refuses, saying he has an immense headache. Tammy brings tea for UV, but he gets furious at her, making Tammy angry. She then comforts him. Just then, a phone rings. Tammy finds Katha’s phone and tells UV that Katha left it to re-enter the house. UV answers the call, and on the other side, Gayatri inquires about Katha’s whereabouts. UV informs her that Katha isn’t at home.

Before UV can disconnect the call, Gayatri addresses him as Maharaj Ji and praises Katha’s efforts behind his café project. Both Tammy and UV are shocked. UV confirms Katha’s contributions with Gayatri, who tells UV he is blessed to have Katha as his wife. After the call, Tammy tries to leave, but UV stops her, questioning her about taking credit for Katha’s efforts. Tammy tries to manipulate him, but UV expresses his disappointment. Shlok reminds UV that Katha is selfless, which is why she didn’t protest when Tammy claimed credit.
Meanwhile, Tejas orders his men on a call to find both Katha and Naina. Katha and Naina are walking on the road when Tejas’s men try to hit them with a vehicle, but they escape. One of the men catches Naina, and Katha struggles to save her.
On the other side, Pari comes to meet Tejas. She is shocked when he confesses that he used her to separate Katha and UV. Hurt, she recalls Katha’s warning about Tejas and fiercely confronts him for fooling her in the name of friendship. She regrets trusting him and resolves to disclose the truth to UV so he can bring Katha home. Tejas orders her not to act, but Pari refuses and leaves.
After much struggle, Katha attacks Tejas’s men and saves Naina. They run away together. Meanwhile, UV receives a call from Pari trying to inform him about Tejas’s truth, but the call disconnects. Worried, UV takes Pratty with him to find Pari. Tejas follows Pari and attacks her; she falls to the ground. Tejas sits behind her, smiling, but Pari kicks him and tries to escape, falling again. A speeding truck approaches, shocking Tejas. Katha, seeing Pari’s life at risk, rushes to save her but is hit by the truck. Naina and Pari scream Katha’s name, and the locals rush to the spot. Tejas hides.
UV and Pratty reach the accident site. Pari confesses her lies and tells UV that Katha is innocent. UV learns that Katha was injured while saving Pari and is shocked. He vows to find Katha and enters the forest, repeatedly shouting her name. Pratty and the locals join him, though they note the low chances of finding her. UV is distressed.
Precap: UV finds an injured Katha and takes her to the hospital, where she undergoes surgery. The doctor warns UV that Katha may fall into a coma. Later, UV is shocked to find Katha missing from her hospital bed.
