Pihu requests Ishani to come home, saying they need her help. She tells Ishani about Shashwat’s heart attack and explains that Shashwat asked her to call Ishani. Pihu is scared because the doctor advised admitting Shashwat to the hospital. Ishani asks Pihu to calm down and confirms that Nandini is not at home. Pihu blames Nandini for Shashwat’s condition and insists that only Ishani can save him. She begs Ishani to come home, and Ishani agrees, disconnecting the call.
Anurag asks Ishani what happened. Ishani explains about Shashwat’s heart attack. Anurag refuses to believe it and suggests it might be a trap. Ishani insists that Pihu was crying, and he knows how important Pihu is for her. Anurag reminds her not to forget how the Senguptas treated them. Ishani says she cannot behave like the Senguptas and cannot leave Pihu alone in this difficult situation. She reminds him of her promise to support Pihu if needed.

Later, Anurag drops Ishani at Shashwat’s house. He asks if she is sure about this and reminds her how Pihu insulted her. He acknowledges Ishani’s good nature but insists they cannot forget how the Senguptas treated them. Ishani says she came out of humanity. Anurag mentions that his mother is waiting for good news but observes the situation with concern.
Ishani reflects that destiny brought her here. She says she cannot ask Shashwat to sign the divorce papers in his current condition and hopes he recovers soon to finalize them. Anurag tells her to go inside while he waits outside and reminds her he cannot forget the Senguptas’ actions. Ishani suggests giving Pihu another chance because she is a child and a good person. Anurag instructs her to go inside and asks her to call him if she needs help. Ishani enters the house.
Pihu hugs Ishani and cries. Ishani notices that Shashwat is sleeping. Pihu thanks Ishani for coming and explains that her father is not fine. Ishani asks how it happened. Pihu says the doctor examined Shashwat and advised admitting him to the hospital. They are waiting for an ambulance. Raj didi says they failed to see Nandini’s true nature and blames her for Shashwat’s heart attack.
Pihu tells Ishani that Nandini betrayed them and reveals how she snatched everything from Shashwat. Raj didi says Nandini refused to provide money for Shashwat’s treatment. Ishani asks how Nandini could do this. Raj didi urges Ishani to save Shashwat, explaining that he trusted Nandini blindly and lost everything.
