Raj didi asks Ishani to save Shashwat. Ishani says Shashwat lost everything by trusting Nandini, and they did not listen to her warnings about Nandini. Ishani explains that she came because Pihu called her, and Pihu will always be her daughter. Pihu apologizes to Ishani for misbehaving, admitting she thought Ishani snatched her love and wanted to teach her a lesson. She reveals that she could not handle Anurag’s rejection and became selfish, failing to understand Ishani’s feelings. Ishani tells Pihu to forget all this and not blame herself.

Nandini arrives, taunting that a family reunion is happening. Ishani questions why she came, and Nandini responds that Ishani has no right to taunt her since she is living with another man while still married. Ishani points out that she now understands why Nandini stayed. Nandini asserts that Ishani is in her house and refuses to listen, ordering her to leave or face the police. Ishani counters that she will call the police. Nandini laughs and asks why.
Ishani warns that Nandini cannot take everything through cheating. She reveals she will file a cheating and fraud case against Nandini, claiming Nandini obtained Shashwat’s signature by deceit and could end up in jail. Nandini tries to slap Ishani, but Ishani holds her hand and warns her never to repeat such actions. Ishani says Nandini has already crossed all limits by playing with Shashwat’s life. She emphasizes that she has no relationship with Shashwat, but will always support the Senguptas, and reminds Nandini that truth will prevail. Nandini replies, “Let’s see.” Ishani declares this is the Sengupta house, so Nandini cannot stay. Nandini threatens they will meet in court, reminds Pihu that she lost her love because of Ishani, and leaves.
Raj didi says God will not forgive Nandini for what she did. Nandini retorts, asking whether God will forgive them for what they did to Ishani, warns she can throw them out anytime, and leaves.
Shashwat regains consciousness and sees Ishani, apologizing and saying he does not deserve her forgiveness. Ishani asks him not to speak in his condition. Shashwat admits he hurt Ishani out of arrogance and ego and blames his current condition on trusting Nandini. He asks for her help. Ishani instructs that Shashwat should be admitted to the hospital first and calls Anurag.
Later, Anurag arrives. Pihu apologizes to Anurag. Ishani tells him they need to take Shashwat to the hospital. Shashwat also apologizes to Anurag, who says it is unnecessary. They admit Shashwat to the hospital.
Precap: The doctor says Shashwat is in critical condition. The nurse informs the doctor that Shashwat’s pulse rate is dropping.
