Aditi is upset he visited Jhanak on their wedding night. Rishi explains she was asleep. Neelu urges him to consider Aditi’s feelings, reminding him he is married now. Aditi demands he stops all contact with Jhanak. Rishi clarifies he never forced her to marry him and acknowledges past mistakes, but struggles to explain due to Aditi’s attachment to the past.
Tanushri questions why Rishi went since Aniruddh took responsibility for Jhanak. Rishi explains Aniruddh has not accepted Jhanak as his daughter. Aditi argues villagers are manipulating the situation. Rishi insists that Jhanak has waited years to meet her father, who refused her, causing her mental distress.
The next day, Dadabhai tells Rishi that Jhanak is discharging from the hospital to stay and prepare for her NEET exam. Aditi says she will accompany Jhanak to the hospital, and Jhanak will stay in Aniruddh’s house. Dadabhai approves if Aniruddh takes full responsibility, but Aditi dismisses this.
Neelu calls Jhanak and the villagers cunning. Rishi argues that without Aniruddh’s acceptance, Jhanak cannot stay in the Bose house. Aditi questions why Rishi cares about Jhanak and whether he has feelings for her. Rishi avoids answering publicly. Putul and Tanushri tell them to stop, warning it will affect Rishi and Aditi’s relationship.
Dadabhai asserts that Aditi and Rishi are adults, and no one can interfere. Aditi insists Jhanak cannot stay. Rishi shows her the paper Jhanak gave him, claiming his signature is forged. Aditi says she knows nothing about it. Rishi suspects Aniruddh or Arshi and notes forging is illegal.
Meanwhile, Bablu asks Aniruddh about Jhanak’s health. Aniruddh admits she is fine but denies being her father. Bablu questions why Nutan claimed Jhanak was his daughter. Aniruddh claims Nutan never loved him. Arshi overhears, scolds Bablu for instigating Aniruddh, and demands he stop crossing the line. Bablu defends his position, saying he wants Jhanak to achieve her dreams and not face injustice like Nutan did. Arshi sarcastically comments on Bablu’s solutions, and Bablu reminds her to let Jhanak live fully.
Arshi informs Aniruddh that Rishi wants Jhanak in his home and behaves like Aniruddh. Aniruddh agrees to talk to Rishi and calls him to meet at the hospital. Later, Aditi tells Jhanak the hospital bills are settled; Jhanak offers to return the money. Aditi warns her to stay out of Rishi’s life. Rishi and Dadabhai arrive at the hospital.
Precap: Putul tells Aniruddh he sacrificed for one daughter’s happiness for another. Aniruddh denies being Jhanak’s father. Jhanak tells him he does not deserve that role.
