Aniruddh offers Jhanak money for signing the papers, but Jhanak refuses and tells him to leave, saying he should be ashamed. Later, Rishi enters Jhanak’s hospital room, but the nurse stops him because she is not in a condition to meet him after seeing Aniruddh. Rishi insists, and when Jhanak hears his voice, she wakes up and cries, asking why he came on his wedding night. Rishi explains he came because he is concerned about her health. Jhanak says she is fine and plans to return to Simulboni, but Rishi insists she cannot travel yet. She says she has Parashar, but Rishi refuses to let Parashar take her and wants her to stay there.
Meanwhile, Arshi confronts Aniruddh about hiding the truth. Aniruddh continues to lie, claiming no relationship with Nutan and that Jhanak is not his daughter, only Aditi is. Arshi tells him he betrayed everyone—Aditi, Nutan, and Jhanak. Aniruddh deflects, citing Nutan’s past with Siddharth and tells Arshi not to trust Parashar. Arshi insists he admit the truth to her, but Aniruddh refuses.
Back in the hospital, Rishi encourages Jhanak to fulfill Nutan’s dream, but Jhanak tells him to leave, saying Aditi would disapprove. She gives Rishi the paper to read at home, noting he has changed. Rishi reflects that he wants Jhanak to stay but does not understand why. Jhanak worries about being insulted if she stays. Rishi tells her to live her life freely, emphasizing that Aniruddh’s refusal does not matter. Jhanak clarifies she also does not accept Aniruddh, calling him a coward. Rishi explains he has another reason to keep her safe but asks her to forget it and rest. Jhanak tells him to leave, and Rishi departs after advising her to take care.
Meanwhile, Aditi notices Rishi is missing and asks Tanushri, who assumes he went to work. Rishi returns from the hospital, and Aditi questions his whereabouts. Rishi admits he went to see Jhanak, and Tanushri asks if anyone called him, but he shakes his head.
Precap: Aditi tells Rishi he cannot be in contact with Jhanak. Rishi insists he did not force her to marry him, prompting Aditi to question whether he wanted to marry her.
