The doctor instructs Parashar to inform Rishi about Jhanak’s condition and arrange an ambulance for her. Parashar sends Mangal to organize it. Jhanak insists she is fine and does not want to go to Rishi’s house. Parashar assures her it’s the hospital only. He tries calling Rishi, but there’s no response. Jhanak reasons that Rishi won’t pick up today because it’s his special day and says no one should disturb him. Sakhi reassures her that Nutan’s blessings are with her. Parashar hopes to take Jhanak safely to the hospital and agrees to call Rishi after admitting her.

Meanwhile, Anjana expresses she will miss Aditi, and Indumati calls Aditi the household’s Lakshmi. Abhimanyu says they should complete the marriage registration process.
Jhanak recalls Rishi telling her he is marrying Aditi and remembers her own forced marriage with him. Mangal informs that the car has arrived, and Parashar takes Jhanak to the hospital. Mangal tries calling Rishi, but Aditi notices and disconnects the call, then switches off her phone.
At the marriage hall, the registrar asks Aditi and Rishi to sign. Aditi signs first, followed by Rishi, and everyone claps for the couple. Aniruddh and Arshi act as Aditi’s witnesses, and Rishi’s family signs as his witnesses. The registrar congratulates them and officially announces Rishi and Aditi as husband and wife.
Anjana asks Aditi to sing, and she begins singing “Ek Pyar Ka Nagma Hai.” Rishi recalls his moments with Jhanak. Aditi invites him to join, and they sing together, leaving Dadabhai feeling awkward.
Later, Parashar reaches Rishi’s house and asks the servant about the family. The servant says they went to the marriage hall and gives him the address. Parashar wonders if Rishi is getting married. Mangal doubts it, saying Rishi loves Jhanak too much. Parashar notes that Aditi wants to marry Rishi, and they drive to the hall to confirm.
At the hall, Neelu gives garlands to Rishi and Aditi, and they exchange them. Everyone claps. Indumati expresses happiness that Rishi got married and congratulates Tanushri. Payal remarks it finally happened, and Aditi holds Rishi’s hand, smiling at him.
