Renuka calls Tejas and Roshni into a separate room, insisting they keep the transaction a secret to prevent interference from other family members. Heeding his mother’s advice, Tejas secretly hands over the payment to the owners, who hurriedly pack and prepare to leave. Their suspicious behavior hints that they intend to flee the city with the money, leaving no trace.
As the owners leave, their cab collides with Sachin’s car, sparking a heated argument with the driver. The owners intervene, instructing the driver to ignore the commotion and head straight to the airport. Observing their nervousness and rush, Sachin grows suspicious. He cannot understand why such a lavish property is being sold for half its value, nor why the sellers lack a personal vehicle. Despite his doubts, Renuka instructs him to stay out of it, while Tejas hides the fact that the house documents are already in his name.
Later, Sachin and Sayali share a quiet moment in the garden, joined by Akash and Riya. Sachin expresses his suspicions and suggests inspecting the bungalow thoroughly for any red flags or missing legal details.
As the sun sets, Renuka stands on the rooftop admiring the orange sky. Tejas and Roshni join her, discussing their fear that Paresh might be influenced by Sachin’s doubts. They worry that canceling the deal now would destroy their dream of owning the beach house.
