Isha arrives in India from Canada after a long time and meets Sachin, who picks her up in his car. During their journey, they begin a casual conversation. Isha talks about life in Canada, describing the weather and lifestyle there. Sachin shows curiosity about her professional and financial progress. Isha feels comfortable speaking with him because of his simple and honest nature. During the conversation, she reveals that she suffered a major financial loss the previous year after being cheated by a fraudster who took away her entire investment. The anger on her face makes Sachin curious. However, he does not realize that the person she is referring to is his own brother Tejas. Isha avoids mentioning the name because recalling the incident still makes her upset.
Meanwhile, Renuka enjoys the peaceful environment of the beach house. She goes for a morning walk with Paresh. As usual, Renuka proudly praises her elder son Tejas for buying such a beautiful property. Paresh, however, feels uneasy about Tejas’ increasingly self centered behavior and the risky decisions he has been making to arrange money. While walking, Paresh stops at a nearby coconut stall. When the shopkeeper hears that they plan to become the owners of the beach house, he reacts strangely, hinting that something mysterious is connected to that property.
At the same time, Isha reaches the registration office where Tejas and Roshni arrive to complete the paperwork for the beach house. Outside the office, Tejas briefly meets Sachin. Soon after, Isha notices Tejas and his wife entering the building. Shocked, she quickly leaves the area and asks Sachin to drive away. During the ride, she resumes her earlier conversation without revealing the truth about Tejas. Before leaving, Isha gifts Sachin two stylish sunglasses she brought from Canada.
Back at the beach house, Tejas and Roshni excitedly imagine their future in the luxurious property. Suddenly, a luxury car arrives in front of the house. They assume someone from the nameplate company has come to install their family name outside the bungalow. Instead, a well dressed man steps out and introduces himself as the real owner of the house. He reveals that Ajay, the man who took money from Tejas, was merely a tenant who had rented the property and illegally tried to sell it.
The shocking truth leaves Tejas and Roshni devastated. Roshni faints upon realizing the consequences of the fraud. In panic, Tejas admits that he has already paid thirty lakh rupees to Ajay. The real owner demands that the Deshmukh family vacate the property immediately and informs them that he has already filed a police complaint.
Within minutes, the police arrive and force the Deshmukh family to leave the house. Unable to accept the humiliating situation, they return home in shock. Later, the entire family gathers to discuss the loss. Anger erupts as everyone confronts Tejas about his reckless decision. Paresh, deeply disappointed, lashes out at him for his foolishness and irresponsible behavior that has cost the family a huge financial loss.
