The following morning, during breakfast, the family discusses the previous night’s success. Akash and Sachin share their joy of playing Ram and Lakshman. Tejas and Roshni join the table, expecting a warm start, but Akash, Sachin, and Paresh silently leave, leaving Tejas surprised. Later, while speaking with Karthik, Tejas vents his disappointment, unaware that Sachin and Akash overhear. Feeling betrayed, Sachin decides to distance Tejas from family and business matters and advises Paresh to exclude him from leadership.
Sachin announces his intention to take full control of the business, shocking everyone, especially Roshni. Renuka opposes the decision, but Sachin reminds them that the business was built with Paresh’s money. He clarifies that he does not want ownership of the showroom itself but insists that Paresh assume leadership instead of Tejas.
Tejas is demoted to showroom manager, which angers him. Sachin refuses to hear any excuses and officially declares Paresh as the new head. Riya, Sayali, and Akash support the decision, encouraging Paresh to take charge. Paresh, puzzled but attentive, listens in silence.
Roshni is visibly disturbed by this sudden turn. She argues with Tejas, blaming him for losing control of the business despite her sacrifices, and storms off, leaving him tense and helpless. Meanwhile, Sachin and Sayali playfully impersonate Tejas and Roshni, mocking their failed schemes. Later, Roshni pressures Tejas to recover the missing 27 lakh rupees quickly, as their situation grows desperate. By evening, Tejas and Akash are summoned to the showroom, where Sachin reveals his next move, he will officially assume the role of company chairman.
