Sachin arrives at Tejas’s showroom with his father Paresh, determined to restore his father’s dignity. He asks for a special chair to be arranged and announces that Paresh will now take charge of managing the business. In a symbolic gesture, Renuka is also invited to sit beside him, and both parents are welcomed with garlands. While the moment is meant to be respectful, Tejas and Roshni look visibly uncomfortable and displeased.

Without delay, Sachin declares that Paresh is now the rightful owner of the showroom. The announcement shocks Tejas, leaving him embarrassed and speechless. The situation worsens when Mr. Santoshi, a respected business associate, unexpectedly walks into the showroom. Panic grips Tejas, as he fears his humiliation will be exposed in front of him.
In an attempt to control the situation, Tejas asks Paresh to vacate the chair temporarily. However, before he can manage anything, two angry customers enter and confront him about undelivered products despite advance payments. Mr. Santoshi also questions Tejas’s recent business decisions.
At this point, Sachin steps forward and reveals the truth. He explains that Tejas misused company funds and booked a luxurious beach house worth three crores instead of investing in the business. The revelation shocks everyone. Mr. Santoshi and the customers criticize Tejas for his irresponsible and greedy actions. His reputation collapses instantly.
Despite his disappointment, Paresh takes responsibility and apologizes to the customers. He promises to repay their losses, attempting to protect the family’s name and rebuild trust.
Back at home, Tejas is overwhelmed with anger and humiliation. Instead of accepting his mistakes, he accuses Sachin of deliberately ruining his image and trying to take over his success. Sayali immediately steps in to defend her husband. She firmly reminds Tejas that Sachin has always supported him and handled the consequences of his repeated mistakes.
Roshni, however, sides with Tejas and suspects that Sachin intentionally brought Mr. Santoshi to expose him. This accusation infuriates Sayali, who refuses to let her husband be blamed unfairly. The argument escalates, increasing tension within the family.
Finally, Paresh, deeply hurt and exhausted, intervenes. He scolds Tejas for constantly disrespecting Sachin and failing to acknowledge his own faults. He urges him to reflect on his actions before blaming others. Disappointed, Paresh walks away, leaving behind a powerful reminder about responsibility and humility.
