Inside court a mysterious woman enters and claps, shocking everyone. Kadambari hints it is a surprise. The woman greets Swati, who questions her presence. Kalpana reveals she invited the woman and introduces her as Shivangi.

Shivangi claims she once dated Ritesh, shocking Ritesh and Indu. Ritesh immediately denies the allegation, but Swati warns him to remain silent until allowed to speak. Shivangi continues, accusing Ritesh of having multiple affairs during their relationship. She further claims she became pregnant and that Ritesh forced her to abort the child. She questions how someone who “killed his own child” could care for an adopted one like Zoon.
The shocking accusation stuns everyone. Swati postpones the hearing to the next day to consider the matter. Shivangi smirks at Ritesh before leaving. Outside the courtroom, Meghna asks Indu if the allegations are true. Indu firmly denies them, insisting Shivangi is framing Ritesh. However, Meghna worries the case could slip out of their hands if such claims continue.
At the Malhotra house, Ritesh vents his frustration to Rahul. He reveals that Shivangi had previously framed him in a drug case and now in an abortion scandal. Rahul believes the real mastermind is Kadambari, not Shivangi. Ritesh wonders why Kadambari is so desperate for Zoon’s custody.
Meanwhile, Dolly informs them that Kadambari’s lawyer recently visited the house. Ritesh becomes suspicious when Dolly says the visitor was a man, while Kadambari’s lawyer is actually a woman named Kalpana. After checking with security, they learn the visitor was Mr. Kapadiya. Ritesh asks Meghna to investigate him, vowing to expose Kadambari in court the next day.
The next day outside court, Meghna reveals the truth: Kadambari’s late father left a will stating she will inherit his property only if she gets Zoon’s custody. Realizing this proves Kadambari’s selfish motive, Ritesh becomes determined to reveal it.
During the hearing, Meghna informs Swati about the will and submits the documents as evidence. Kadambari and Sameer are shocked. Swati questions Kadambari, but she pretends the property has nothing to do with her desire to reunite with her daughter. Kalpana defends her, accusing Indu of marrying Ritesh only to secure a luxurious life through Zoon.
To avoid prolonging Zoon’s suffering, Swati announces she will give her final decision after the lunch break.
Meanwhile, Zoon excitedly packs her things at Sunita’s house, believing Ritesh will take her home that day. Sunita prays for a positive outcome but becomes anxious when the prayer lamp suddenly goes out.
Back in the courthouse, Swati reflects on everything she has heard, acknowledging that both Indu and Kadambari have made mistakes but must decide based on Zoon’s future. Suddenly, a man arrives claiming to be Ritesh’s assistant and offers Swati a box full of money as a bribe. Swati angrily throws him out, feeling disappointed because she had believed Ritesh was a good person.
Precap: Kalpana argues that Kadambari, as Zoon’s biological mother, deserves custody. Swati announces she has reviewed all arguments and evidence and is ready to declare her verdict, leaving Indu and Sameer shocked.
