Rishi finds Jhanak sleeping and knocks on the door. Jhanak wakes up, and Rishi sits beside her on the bed, acknowledging all that she has endured recently and reminding her that her exams are approaching. Jhanak expresses her desire to go to her village. Rishi asks her to listen and insists she attend Nutan’s Shradh first and then return to Kolkata after her exams. Jhanak says she will go with the flow. Rishi explains that following this plan is fulfilling Nutan’s wish, revealing he met Nutan while she was sick. Jhanak asks what Nutan said.

Meanwhile, Aditi questions Aniruddh about visiting Rishi’s house to meet Phool. Arshi comments that Aniruddh likes to go against them. Aniruddh defends his visit, saying it was right to see Phool. Aditi notes that no one supports Phool except Dadabhai and Putul. Arshi accuses Phool of black magic and predicts she will stay in Rishi’s house forever. Aniruddh tells Arshi to stop speaking nonsense. Bablu mentions that the village girl returned Aditi to them, shocking Aditi. Arshi scolds Bablu, and Anjana takes him inside. Aditi questions Aniruddh, who explains he went to check the atmosphere at Rishi’s house.
Back with Rishi, he tells Jhanak that she could not meet Nutan one last time because of him. Jhanak blames fate, and Rishi says his accident caused the chain of problems. Jhanak admits she should have been careful. Rishi urges her to complete her exams and return to Kolkata, offering to arrange hostel admission if she does not wish to stay in his house. Jhanak asks why he suddenly cares; Rishi explains he is acting according to the situation and hopes she understands his past behavior. Jhanak assures him she understands and recognizes the hardships he faced because of her villagers.
Rishi states he knows Jhanak is not at fault and has decided to take responsibility for her studies. Jhanak says she had not planned to continue studying. Rishi insists she fulfill Nutan’s dream. Jhanak asks what Nutan said about her father. Rishi refuses to reveal the truth now, asking her to wait for the right time. Jhanak insists she has the right to know, but Rishi emphasizes she must first focus on becoming strong and achieving her goals. Jhanak questions his sudden change in attitude.
