UV tells Katha to leave it, saying Eshwar won’t accept her staying, and decides to leave the house with Sheetal. Everyone tries to stop him. At night, Katha tends to her plants. UV approaches her, questioning why she isn’t sleeping. Katha says she will leave the house the next day, sign the divorce papers, and requests UV to send them to her home. UV stops her by holding her hand. Surprised, Katha asks him to let go, but UV reveals he isn’t letting go to leave; he is cancelling his Singapore plans. Katha insists UV should marry Tamannah, his mother’s choice, but he stops her again.
UV rebukes Katha for not understanding his feelings, expressing frustration that she plans to leave despite everyone getting used to her herbal drinks and care. Katha offers him a diary of her recipes and tries to leave, but UV stops her, highlighting his heart condition and scolding her for not taking care of him. He recalls their first meeting, when she accidentally spoiled his shirt with cow dung, and expresses his love for her. Katha becomes emotional.
UV kneels and proposes marriage. The Manmoji gang joins, urging Katha to accept. She agrees, and everyone rejoices. Katha shares updates with everyone: the reunion of Harshvardan and Sheetal, Omi’s engagement to Naina, Pratty’s engagement to her friend, and Shlok and Charu preparing to become parents.
At UV’s café, they celebrate together. UV gives Katha a college offer letter, promising his support. Katha becomes emotional. On their first anniversary, Katha accidentally spoils UV’s shirt with cow dung again. When he complains, she explains the benefits of cow dung, and they smile at each other, sharing a tender moment.
