Katha tells Gayatri that she will arrange for her to meet UV after he returns home the next day. She explains that she hasn’t informed UV yet because she wants to first share everything with Gayatri. Gayatri becomes emotional, saying it has been 20 years since she stayed away from her son. Katha assures her that her wait is coming to an end and asks why her brother Arjun is keeping her away from her family. Gayatri stares silently.
Meanwhile, Arjun continues manipulating UV, claiming that Gayatri is career-oriented and chose her work over family. He adds that Gayatri wants UV to use her brand in his café to expand her business. Charu comments on Gayatri/Sheetal’s decisions. UV questions Arjun why Gayatri isn’t present to discuss the deal. Arjun lies, saying she will meet her clients once the deal is finalized and shows UV a business document, claiming it came from Gayatri. UV is hurt, believing his mother considers him merely a client. He asks why she didn’t take him along. Arjun laughs, saying UV would have been a hurdle in her pursuit of her dreams.

Back at Katha’s place, Gayatri defends Arjun, saying he may not have known her husband and son were alive. She explains that Arjun loves her and wanted to prevent her from suffering if she returned to her in-laws, which is why he took her to Nagpur. Katha asks why Arjun changed her identity. Gayatri is speechless but still sides with her brother. She asks Katha when she will let her meet UV, and Katha promises to arrange it the next day. Gayatri is happy and hugs Katha, who smiles along with Naina.
On the highway, Arjun asks UV whether he agrees to the business deal. UV says he will give his decision directly to Ms. Sheetal Mittal. Arjun praises him and says he will arrange a meeting, then smirks and leaves. UV breaks down, and Shlok comforts him. Both Shlok and Charu advise UV not to believe Arjun and to learn the truth from his mother. UV admits he might hate his mother if Arjun’s words are true.
At the Jindal house, Katha tells Naina that she will decorate UV’s café for the meeting between UV and Sheetal. She adds that Eshwar won’t allow Sheetal into the house, so UV will decide what to do after meeting her. UV comes to the café and says he has opened it for his mother. Charu and Shlok advise him to contact Arjun to arrange a meeting. UV calls Arjun and requests him to inform his mother that it is his birthday and he wishes to meet her. Arjun is annoyed by UV’s insistence.
Gayatri reveals to Arjun that she is Sheetal Jindal and questions why he hid her identity. Arjun manipulates her with lies. Gayatri praises Katha for arranging her meeting with her son UV on his birthday, noting that Katha hasn’t told UV yet. Arjun plots to use this opportunity to continue his manipulation.
Precap: Katha waits for both UV and Sheetal. UV confronts Sheetal during a media interview, questioning her for sacrificing her family for her career. Sheetal’s response shatters UV. Later, a few men attack UV at his café, and Katha arrives, shocked to see his condition.
