Indu searches for Zoon at the party but cannot find her. She tries calling Vivek, but his phone is unreachable. Kaamna notices Indu from afar and attempts to approach her but is stopped by a guest. Indu asks a waiter about Vivek’s location before moving on. Soon, she finds Vivek and Zoon, who explains that Ritesh, her jeanie, gave her chocolates and ice cream and promised a selfie. Zoon also complains about Kaamna’s behavior, calling her a bad aunt. Vivek reassures Indu that he handled the situation.
Zoon tells Indu that Ritesh promised to find her a father. Indu scolds her for speaking nonsense, but Zoon insists it’s true. Indu is left speechless and asks Zoon to return home with her, but the little girl pleads to wait until she takes the selfie with Ritesh. Indu initially refuses, mentioning bedtime and Rajender waiting with her favorite dish. With encouragement from Vivek, Indu agrees to stay until the Malhotra family’s performance finishes, delighting Zoon. Meanwhile, Ritesh arrives at the party, searching for Zoon.
Pankaj congratulates Ritesh on his movie’s success. Ritesh thanks him and his family for their support. Pankaj introduces a well-known writer to Ritesh, who praises the writer’s role in films and calls them the backbone of any story. The writer compliments Ritesh, and they agree to meet the next day to discuss a new project. Ritesh then excuses himself to find his phone to take a selfie with Zoon.
At the Raina house, Rajender asks Sunita to taste the food he prepared but notices she is upset. Neelam is with her and complains about their neighbors not inviting them to a function. Rajender dismisses it lightly, but Neelam reminds Sunita of her warnings about keeping Zoon with them, noting that society now labels her as Indu and Mahesh’s illegitimate child. Sunita becomes upset, and Asha scolds Neelam, who angrily leaves.
Elsewhere, Rahul brings Ritesh to the party area for the Malhotra family’s dance performance. Rajender advises Sunita not to heed Neelam’s words, but Sunita insists she won’t let her daughter’s life be affected by society. Kaamna pauses to bring Shakuntala on stage, dancing around her while Ritesh watches emotionally. Indu smiles seeing Zoon happy, and Vivek reminds her that this is Ritesh’s mother. Kaamna confronts her, grabbing her hand and insulting her. Indu asks her to let go, but Kaamna continues to insult her. Vivek apologizes, and Kaamna threatens to terminate his job and block outside opportunities, shocking both Indu and Vivek.
