Jhanak distributes drinks to everyone, telling them it is prasad. Everyone drinks it, and Jhanak mentions that she is drinking it after many years because her mother never allowed her to before. Tanushri asks what is in the drink and why Jhanak’s mother prohibited it. Jhanak tells her not to ask so many questions and encourages everyone to start dancing. Payal and Jhanak play the drums as everyone joins in, eventually moving inside the house.
Jhanak asks if Tanushri is enjoying herself; she replies that it’s superb. Indumati asks when she will get to eat the prasad, and Jhanak tells her to dance for now. The ladies continue dancing peculiarly. Jhanak picks up a landline call, saying the men of the family are not home, and disconnects it. She instructs the ladies to make the men dance as well when they return.
Soon, Mishti, Kaju, and Padam arrive, puzzled by the commotion. Mishti asks why everyone is dancing, and Jhanak tells her to stand aside quietly or her village deity will become angry. Mishti checks if they are okay.
Dadabhai and Abhimanyu arrive and see the ladies dancing. Jhanak invites Dadabhai to join. Tanushri tells Abhimanyu to dance, and he jokingly asks her to stand properly. Indumati offers Dadabhai a drink, but he initially refuses. Tanushri makes Abhimanyu drink the prasad forcefully, and Dadabhai eventually drinks as well, joining in the dance.
Meanwhile, Bablu asks Aditi why she is not eating. She replies that she isn’t hungry. Anjana questions how Aditi can skip meals, and Arshi urges her to accept Arshi’s behavior, as she is upset for questioning Rishi. Aditi responds that Arshi understands her but is obsessed with status. Arshi warns Aditi not to cross limits, and Aditi asserts that she is not like Aniruddh who tolerates everything. A heated discussion continues, with Aditi insisting Arshi overstepped by asking about Rishi’s career, and Arshi deciding not to interfere in Aditi’s matters further. Aditi leaves.
Later, Putul enters and asks Mishti why everyone appears unconscious. Rishi arrives and questions what happened. Mishti explains Jhanak’s pooja and the effects of her prasad. Rishi concludes that Jhanak has gone too far and decides to throw her out of the house. He calls for Jhanak, but there is no response. He instructs the family to wake her, and Mishti eventually wakes Jhanak up.
Precap: Aditi apologizes to Rishi on behalf of Arshi, and Rishi expresses that he knows Arshi dislikes him. Meanwhile, Jhanak reads about Parashar in the newspaper. Dadabhai informs Rishi about the news, leaving him wondering if Jhanak has shared details about Parashar with his family.
