In Simulboni, Jhanak continues murmuring about Rishi. Parashar instructs Mangal to go to Kolkata and inform Rishi about her critical state, emphasizing that Jhanak needs immediate medical attention. Prakash mentions that the doctor isn’t available in the village, so Parashar insists they must take her to the hospital.

Meanwhile, in Kolkata, Rishi brings Aditi home. The ladies of the house are happy to see her. Tanushri expresses how worried she was about Aditi, and Rishi informs them that Aditi is still not fully well. Aditi asks everyone not to discuss her condition. Abhimanyu and Dadabhai arrive; Dadabhai inquires if Aditi has rejoined college, to which she replies she will do so tomorrow. She also asks about their well-being, and Payal reassures her that everyone was worried.
Indumati mentions that they won’t find peace until Aditi becomes their daughter-in-law. Tanushri says they want to speak with Aditi first and then her parents. Aditi asks what the discussion is about, and Tanushri explains that they want her marriage to happen soon, assuring that they will respect her decision. They are also fine with a simple wedding. Abhimanyu suggests inviting fewer people for the reception. Aditi tells them she isn’t thinking about marriage at all.
Rishi tells her that his family had hopes, and Aditi admits she did too, but nothing materialized. She says she will inform her family when she is ready and requests them not to contact her parents until then. Indumati says Aditi would have realized that Rishi did nothing wrong. Aditi reiterates that marriage is not on her mind and expresses fear even hearing about it. Dadabhai assures her that he understands.
Rishi asks Surjeet for a counsellor’s number. Aditi insists she can manage alone, but Rishi says it’s his responsibility. Aditi maintains she wants to handle things herself first, acknowledging Rishi’s support but noting that no one can truly understand her pain. Tanushri reassures her that everything will be fine.
Back in the village, during a pooja, Sakhi asks Nutan to stop crying. Nutan says she can’t remain calm while Jhanak is in such a condition and prays to God for her. Sakhi comforts her, assuring her that God will make everything fine.
Suddenly, Parashar notices Jhanak struggling to breathe and calls Nutan, telling Prakash that they must take her to the hospital immediately, warning that she could die otherwise. Parashar assures Nutan that he will not let anything happen to Jhanak. Jhanak then collapses unconscious, and Nutan screams her name in shock.
